Bölgenin en iyisi.
Pros:

Bölgenin en iyi oteli diyebilirim 4 kişilik bir aile olarak 13 gece konakladık. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi, odalar temizdi lobi kullanışlıydı ve konum oldukça merkezi bir konumdu.

Cons:

Odada mini bar bulunmaması büyük bir eksikti. Küçük kızımın süt ve mamaları için buna ihtiyacımız vardı. Bazı odalarda mini bar varmış ancak hepsinde yokmuş. Bunu talep ettiğimizde bizden günlük 10 pound istendi.

Pros:

Location great for the shops, restaurants bars and places of interest in the walled city. The roof top bar was great
Staff were polite helpful and friendly. The breakfast had good choices . The hotel felt modern clean and comfortable . Our room was ready on arrival,although we were early checking in,which we really appreciated,but there is storage facilities for luggage which we used on the day of departure.

Excellent location, new/renovated rooms. Value for money if the air-con works.

Excellent location to visit the Cathedral, shops. New/renovated property. Decent breakfast

Cons:

Air conditioning didn't work in the room, so we had to change rooms to sleep in and switch to another the next day because they couldn't fix the air-con which was quite inconvenient for a two-night stay. The changed room had a much smaller window and felt a bit claustrophobic. Despite this issue, they were reluctant to extend our checkout by even half an hour (although they did).

Disappointing
Pros:

We liked the location, being very convenient for shopping and site-seeing. The hotel itself was nice-looking, and appeared clean and bright; the staff were polite and reasonably helpful.

Cons:

Firstly the NOISE! 2 nights of bass notes vibrating through the pillow! And it was obviously not a one-off experience, since when I first queried the lack of space in the room, I was assured that I was in the best place because it was one of the quieter rooms! Secondly then, the rooms were very tight! In ours, alongside the queen-sized bed (which only allowed a 20cm gap along one side to get into bed!) the sofa bed was made up as another small double, leaving practically no floor space, and only one seat at the desk. We had the second bed removed which was a help, but even so, not a very commodious room/sleeping space. Finally we were not enamoured with the breakfast arrangements. The hot food was well prepared but the 'continental' selection was minimal choice, and the eating arrangements were horribly noisy, more service-station cafe than the "Hilton" offer we had expected. I would not repeat the experience.

Excellent hotel in Canterbury city centre
Pros:

The hotel is located in a historical building in the city centre of Canterbury but it is modern. The room we stayed was big and with all necessary equipment and comfort. The hotel has also a very nice rooftop bar with a great view. Location is ideal, in the centre of Canterbury with all attractions at walking distance. The hotel has also a deal with a public parking nearby which is very convenient if you are coming by car.
