The hotel doesn't give us water. The rooms have a kettle and teabags and coffee. But no water 🙄

Fantastic stay in Canterbury
Pros:

The staff was helpful and friendly, the location was excellent, our room was spotlessly clean, the bed and pillow were a dream, the breakfast was delicious (they even have vegan sausages to go with your full English!), the room was superbly quiet and spacious, and the shower was great.

Cons:

We only wish we could have opened the room windows and that breakfast was served until later (service stops at 10:00 during weekdays, and at 11:00 during the weekend).

Great location in heart of Canterbury
Pros:

Reasonable proximity to the railway station. Close to the historic heart of Canterbury. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. One unexpected treat was the opening of a rooftop bar with great view to the cathedral.

Gutes Hotel ganz zentral mit teurem Parken
Pros:

Modernes Hotel, netter Empfang, gutes Zimmer, schönes Bad. Twin beds prima. Frühstück sehr gut (sogar mit Käsescheiben), gemütlicher Frühstücksraum mit netten Tischen oder Nischen.

Cons:

Leider hat das Hotel keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Von daher muss man einige Gehminuten entfernt in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus parken, die einen Vertrag mit dem Hotel haben. Das alle ist nicht schlimm, aber der Parkplatz kostete trotzdem für EINE Nacht (bzw 16 Stunden) 25 Pfund. Das war mit Abstand das teuerste Parken während unserer 3-wöchigen Rundreise. Aus diesem Grund würden wir das Hotel nicht noch einmal besuchen, obwohl wir mit dem Hotel an sich zufrieden waren.

A great place to stay if visiting Canterbury .
Pros:

Great location 2 minutes walk to Cathedral and High Street lots of places to eat nearby . Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about local area , answered all queries with a smile very efficient . Great air conditioning which we needed as weather was very hot when we visited .Though breakfast was busy , excellent choice and replenished by staff .

Cons:

If had a better rail in bathroom for wet towels to dry that would be good , mattress a bit hard for us .

Lovely hotel in great location
Pros:

Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff. Plenty of seating in bar area with TVs and open 24/7.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, particularly limited choice of eggs and coffee machine that took ages to fill a cup.

Bed was lumpy, mattress very uncomfortable, sink was blocked when brushing teeth. We had an interconnection room, and all night the couple was coughing and sneezing I didn’t realise I thought I had booked a nicer room. X
