Lance was so nice caring and helped me with everything I needed. He took very good care of my vehicle and I feel like this is the best W Hotel I have ever stated Lance really made my day.
A great hotel in a great location! A group of us from the UK stayed for 5 nights to attend the CMA's. It was out first time in Nashville and this hotel really didn't disappoint. The location was ideal, in such a nice area surrounded by good places for breakfast, peg leg porker and also a good old British Pub! The pool is also a great addition and we felt the service throughout the hotel was amazing especially the guy who works at the downstairs bar, always extremely friendly and her certainly wasn't holding back when it came to pouring our drinks!! In terms of the rooms we had 3 deluxe Queen Queen rooms and these where great, good facilities and very clean with a nice view of the city. Throughout our stay we didn't need to get a taxi once, walking to Broadway was around 15 - 20 mins but the walk was pleasant! Overall we enjoyed it that much we have booked again for 2027!!
I know many hotels now swap out Iron's for steamers however ours wasn't the best. Everything else was great!
This hotel was absolutely wonderful. From check in to check out the service was top shelf in every way. The hard product is wonderful. The rooms have beautiful hard wood floors and every amenity that you can think of. Huge tv, robes, comfy bed, nice shower products, etc. Not to mention the great views over the Gulch area of Nashville. The Gulch was a great hood to be in and I much preferred it to the craziness of Broadway. We had a wonderful breakfast every day in the restaurant with top notch service. Two kinds of fresh fruit, an omelette station and everything else you can think of. The hotel was a typical W with sleek design and mood lighting. I loved it. Never made it to the pool, but heard great things about it from some colleagues. I’d love to go back someday for a personal trip and experience this exceptional hotel again. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Highly recommended!
I was here on a business trip. I enjoyed the rooms and the hotel was very modern. Thomas was new at valet and made me feel very welcome.

My girlfriends and I got a day pass to hang by the pool while we waited for our air bnb check in. From the minute we pulled up til the time we left was an excellent experience. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Kai at valet was so sweet and excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here in general! Southern hospitality at its finest at this establishment.
Did the resort day pass and hung by the pool for the day and the staff was wonderful and attentive! Kai from the vallet also was amazing!
Hotel was lovely in a great location about 10-15 min walk to broadway ! Great swimming pool! Rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Pool is in a windtunnel unfortunately, so only attractive on the perfect sunny still day. Hotel therefor lacks poolside vibe altogether.

Be aware of an unannounced destination charge of $40+ per day which they sneak in on your CC after sending your zero balance bill folio on checkout…not cool !!
