Family policy: Children up to 07 years old stay free (with parents can stay in the same bedding setup) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room-only rate. Children 5 years and under enjoy complimentary meals. From 6 - 11 years old there is a 50% discount on meals. From 12 years old children are considered as an adult and pay for extra bed and meal charges.

الفطور غير متنوع الموظفين غير متعاونين تم منحي غرفة غير نظيفه وعند الاصرار على الاغير او الترك اعطوني غرفة مقبوله
I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Makkah Al Aziziyah. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-managed, The restaurant was one of the highlights of my experience. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a wide variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The dining area was always clean and well organized, I would especially like to recognize Mrs. Eman Ahmed, who works in the restaurant. She is a truly remarkable, professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. Her warm smile, positive attitude, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression on me. She went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcome she really deserve special appreciation.
I highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Makkah Al Aziziyah to anyone visiting Makkah. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
