The room did not match the description
Pros:

The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

However, the room did not match the description or the photos shown on the site. We booked a “bedroom with sea view,” but from our point of view this was misleading.

The room had no actual windows. There was only a door with tinted glass and no curtain, so light came in very early in the morning. The “balcony” was actually the entrance walkway where other guests could pass by, although you could see the sea from there.

The room felt very claustrophobic because of the lack of windows, and overall it did not correspond to the pictures advertised online.

Another issue was the hot water: during the night there was only cold water available, and hot water returned only after sunrise the next morning.

Cons:

Het personeel, ik moest vroeg uitchecken om mijn reis verder te zetten, ik betaalde cash maar kreeg geen betaalbewijs, later kreeg ik van booking.com. het bericht dat ik niet betaald had, via de telefoon beloofde het personeel het nodige te doen via booking.com maar toch werd het bedrag van de rekening gehouden. Het personeel kan je niet vertrouwen.

Pros:

מיקום מעולה הגעה לאטרקציות כ-20 דקות לכל כיוון עם רכב.
חוף ים צמוד, בריכה במלון פתוחה כמעט כול היום שרות מעולה צוות טוב ומסביר פנים במיוחד בקבלה.

Great Staff & Location! But...
Pros:

Staff were amazing for our 8 day October stay at the end of the season! Young woman bartender that checked us in after the office closed was helpful, friendly & even helped us with getting our luggage to 2nd floor.
Katerina kept our room sparkling, & was helpful with any request. When she came into work one morning, she found out electricity had gone out & got it back on. Appreciated that!
Petros was friendly, customer orientated as he filled roles of bartender, pool & beach service! Breakfast buffet had fairly large selection.
We liked the beach location in a quieter area, and it had at least 4 family tavernas in walking distance.

Cons:

Reason for a 9 was due to 2 issues: While buffet items were good, the egg & meat dishes were often not hot. The small room refrigerator was rusty.
But the most outrageous was our mattress. It had a comfortable cushy topper on it, but late in our stay I found the mattress on one side was dirty & torn....a management issue, not a staff issue. The twin bed in room had thin mattress, but at least was in zippered mattress cover.
FYI- (Rooms don't have screens & used insect repellent as got mosquito bites our 1st night.)

Schöner Aufenthalt für den Start in den Urlaub.
Pros:

Die Lage mit der Nähe zum Flughafen ist perfekt für den Urlaubsstart. Schöner Strand. Frühstück direkt mit Meerblick. Trotz Verspätung war das einchecken mit Schlüsselablage kein Problem. Flugzeuge fliegen über die Unterkunft. Aber das hat uns persönlich nicht gestört. Guter Preis für eine Familie.

Alles gut.

Eine Nacht war genug
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Schlechte Betten, weich und durchgelegen in der Mitte. Morgenessen erst um in 8.00 Uhr wir mussten aber früher zum Flughafen. Der Landeanflug liegt über dem Hotel. Keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Unbequeme und lange Treppe zum Appartement.
....und wir reden hier von einem vier Sterne Hotel.

Excellent séjour à l’hôtel fin septembre.
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal. Plage et transats en face. Parking toujours libre devant l’hôtel. Chambre rénovée spacieuse. Belle vue mer. Restaurants et petite épicerie à côté de l’hôtel. Grands axes routiers à proximité immédiate. Excellent petit déjeuner. Personnel des chambres souriantes et professionnelles. Merci Catarina d’être à l’écoute et très humaine.

Cons:

Manque de mobilier dans la salle de bains. (Étagères et porte-serviettes). Trop de musique au bar (jour et nuit). Couloir aérien au dessus de l’hôtel.

Très bon séjour proche d’Héraklion
Pros:

Exceptionnel établissement, une très bonne expérience avec eux. Personnel extrêmement gentil et à l’écoute. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, la plage face à l’hôtel est excellente et très propre ! Des petits poissons viennent même nager près de la côte, prévoyez vos tubas. Le bar dans la piscine est également très bien, et les prix sont abordables.

Cons:

Peut-être que les matelas ne sont pas les plus confortables de Crete, mais font largement l’affaire
