Great location for a relaxing family stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the hotel’s excellent location. The beach is literally just across the road, which was incredibly convenient when travelling with a child.
The beach itself was lovely, with a pleasant seabed, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, all available free of charge for hotel guests. We also really appreciated being able to order drinks directly at the beach. The pool area was very nice as well and made it easy to alternate between the beach and the hotel during the day.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, with daily housekeeping. The housekeeping staff deserve a special mention — they were always friendly and attentive, regularly asking whether everything was fine and whether we needed anything.
Almost all of the staff were warm and welcoming. The location is also very convenient for families, with attractions such as Dino Land and the aquarium nearby.
Overall, the combination of the beach just steps away, the pool, the comfortable room and the convenient location made our stay very enjoyable.

Cons:

The main issue was the air conditioning in the room. It did not cool the room sufficiently, and it became quite hot, especially during the night.
There was also one staff member working in the breakfast area whose manner toward guests felt noticeably cold and unwelcoming. I would like to stress that she did her job very efficiently — she worked quickly, made sure the food was replenished and cleared the tables well. However, her attitude sometimes made us feel uncomfortable, particularly because the contrast with the friendliness of the other staff was quite noticeable.
A warmer and more welcoming manner would have made the overall experience even better.

Très bon séjour détente
Pros:

La plage privée avec les transats, la superficie du logement avec la clim et aucun vis à vis avec les autres voyageurs. Relativement calme la semaine, un peu moins le week-end.
Juste petit bémol, la wifi ne fonctionne pas très bien dans les logements et le petit-déjeuner manque de variétés.

Dass die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktioniert hat und eine schmutzige Tasse - welche von Anfang an im Zimmer war, auch nach Meldung bei der Rezeption nie ausgetauscht wurde.

Die Außenanlage mit dem Pool war sehr schön eigentlich genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage war ebenfalls gut, mit dem Auto kann man alles gut erreichen und ein kleiner Markt befindet sich direkt neben an

Das Zimmer lag komplett in der letzten Ecke mit einer Aussicht auf den Hinterhof wo irgendwelche Pumpen oder sonst was sich befanden. Das Badezimmer war so klein dass eine normale person nur sehr schwer in die Dusche passt.

Neurejenost apartmaja (brez kozarcev-dobili smo samo 3 skodelice za čaj, bili smo 4), vročina v apartmaju kljub klimi (slaba izolacija- apartma pod streho), nefunkcionalna pipa in polomljen tuš, brez obešalnika za brisače v kopalnici, balkonska vrata se niso dala zapirati, klima je montirana direktno nad zakonsko posteljo-ponoči se ni dala uporabljati, v sosednji sobi kjer sta bila otroka je bilo ponoči 30 stopinj (ob odprtem oknu pa komarji in hrup letal), neodzivnost osebja kljub pozivom

Great location, beautiful beach, and excellent breakfast.
Pros:

The location of Yria Hotel in Kokkini Chani is a major advantage. It is close to Heraklion city, only about five minutes from the famous Cretaquarium, and also very convenient for visiting Knossos Palace. It is a good base for exploring the bars and restaurants of Heraklion, as well as the surrounding villages. The nearby beautiful sandy beach is another great benefit, and the breakfast was also excellent.

Cons:

The only issue was the sunlight entering through the glass entrance door. During midday rest, we had to improvise a cover to darken the room.

È UN PROBLEMA!

Partiamo dalle foto che si trovano online, sono tutte fatte con Chatgpt e sono troppo ritoccate. Il posto non è così "perfetto" dal vivo.
Appena arrivati non c'era nessuno alla reception, il che spiega il motivo delle non risposte sui messaggi mandati per avere qualche informazione, abbiamo atteso 20 minuti che ci desserro la stanza...
Ed in tutto il soggiorno non c'era quasi mai nessuno alla reception
Entrati in stanza, era sporca, ed anche tutte le altre volte che ci hanno pulito la stanza nei giorni successivi.
Le colazioni uno schifo! Ho trovato il burro scaduto da 1 mese (tenuto neanche in un qualcosa refrigerato) perciò immagino quante volte ha gli sbalzi di temperatura... l'ho fatto presente alla barista della colazioni e mi risponde "ah don't worry, it's not a problem" per non parlare del resto che non era un granché anzi, siamo andati a fare colazione tutte le volte in un bar a fianco.
La piscina è bella, se non fosse che c'è scritto che è ad uso dei clienti del Hotel, e poi sono entrati tutti quanti del posto con i bimbi, perciò chi cerca relax, non è il meglio ecco...

Pros:

I loved the location because the hotel is right in front of the beach. The cleaners do an excellent job every day, and the recreation team always gives a warm welcome.

The cafeteria staff provide excellent service and great hospitality. Everyone is very kind and welcoming, especially Ektoras, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
