Wir kommen im Oktober 26 wieder und empfehlen das Hotel gern weiter. Weiter so!
Pros:

Das reichhaltige Frühstück war sehr, sehr gut und bot vollste Auswahl. Das kann sich im Vergleich zu 4 und 5 Sternen durchaus behaupten. Auch das Frühstückspersonal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Hotelzimmer modern und sauber. Personal super freundlich. Sehr gute Lage im Arabellapark, wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahn, Tram und Bus entfernt.

Super Hundefreundliches Hotel mit super nettem Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück geht bis 11 Uhr und man hat rund um die Uhr einen Ansprechpartner da die Rezeption 24h besetzt ist. Das Bett ist ultra gemütlich. Die Dusche ist ebenerdig und man hat eigentlich alles was man benötigt. Umweltfreundlich da man die Reinigung entweder bestellen oder abbestellen kann. Ein großer Pluspunkt für alle Hundebesitzer!!! Das Hotel ist Hundefreundlich und die Hunde dürfen auch mit in den Frühstücksbereich. Da zahle ich gerne pro Nacht 15€ pro Hund

Cons:

Das einzige was ich etwas bemängeln würde, wäre die Bedienung der Klimaanlage und der fehlende kleine Kühlschrank bzw eine kleine Minibar in der man bei heißen Tagen auch seine Getränke kühlen kann.

Pros:

Temiz, çalışanlar her biri çok ilgiliydi. Örneğin kullandığım insülin iğnesi soğuk zincirde tutulmalıydı. Odamda buzdolabı olmadığı için her sabah giderken bana buz dolu bir kova verdiler, onun içinde soğuk kalmasını sağladılar. Resepsiyon ekibi, bar çalışanları, mutfak çalışanları her biri çok iyiydi. Ne yazık ki hepsinin adını veremiyorum. 21-24 mayıs çalışanları her kimse onlardan çok memnun kaldım.

Cons:

Odamda çok sevdiğim ceketi unuttum. Oda numaram 334 idi. Telefon etmeye çalıştım, unuttuğum ceketi bir adrese benim tarafımdan ödenecek şekilde kargo etmeleri için. Telefon cevap vermiyor.
