Pleasantly surprised at how many people frequented the lobby reading the hotel books.
Pros:

First time having a bidet in a hotel room. I'm thinking of installing one for my own residence. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Could have used a little more shelf space in the bathroom.

本のセレクション。子供が選んだ子供向けの本がどれも大当たり。選ぶ必要もないほどにどの本も素晴らしく、貴重な体験だった。

Cons:

衣類をかけられる場所が少ない。洗濯物を干すワイヤー？ロープがない。コインランドリーがあるが、手洗いして干したいものもある。
サニタリーボックスがない。袋があるのみ。

Nos quedamos en 2 momentos en el hotel, primero para una estadía de 4 noches, tomando la opción de desayuno incluido, y, 2 semanas después, volvimos por 2 noches más. En ambas ocasiones disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy cómodas y prácticas, el personal es muy amable y atento, y los alimentos y bebidas muy buenos. Adicionalmente, es muy agradable el ambiente de la zona común de lectura y café!

We felt very comfortable in the hotel for a short stay.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and modern. It felt like a luxury hotel with all of the extra touches and amenities in the room. The room was efficiently laid out.

Cons:

The hotel rooms are very small yet efficient in the use of space. The breakfast choices did not provide gluten free options.

Pros:

Bairro calmo, é bem no Tanuki Koji porém um pouco mais afastado, dá pra ir à pé pra todos os lugares desde que tenha disposição. Táxi foi fácil de pegar pela saída de trás do hotel, tem toda hora na rua e não tivemos dificuldade. é bem longe da estação de Sapporo.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo, só iria pensar numa próxima vez devido a localização, é bem longe da estação de Sapporo e um pouco afastado das lojas grandes do Tanuki Koji. Porém muito bom o hotel.

Quanto ao atendimento, perdemos o cartão de chave, avisamos, solicitamos outro, pagamos em dinheiro (senão não receberíamos outra chave) porém na saída o hotel quis nos cobrar novamente. Foi falta de controle deles, fiquei bem chateada se tivéssemos que pagar novamente por falta de controle do hotel. Dica: paguem com cartão ou peçam recibo.
