Pros:

The hotel has modern finishes and is clean. Staff is friendly. Room looks nice and the bathroom was cute and spacious enough.

Cons:

Room (outside of the bathroom) was tiny and it was hard to open our luggages with the space we had.

Excellent and comfortable stay surrounded by books. Friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Loved the book cafe and location. Very comfortable stay and I could spend time reading at the cafe while waiting for laundry.

Pros:

The room was lovely, good size and comfy bed. Great staff, really good coffee, and the location is excellent - everything you need outside the door, Odori park and public transport within short walking distance. Easy to get to from the airport. Would gladly return here next time I'm in Sapporo.

Pros:

The hotel has a very sweet book theme that I enjoyed. Check in and check out was smooth and the staff was very kind. Like most hotel rooms in Japan, it was small, but I liked the layout and it fit our large bags. We paid extra to reserve breakfast in the cafe, which was tasty. We asked for them to store our bags for a couple hours after check out before we left Sapporo, and they graciously did so, giving us a number tag for our items.

Cons:

Unfortunately the laundry room was too busy for us to use during our stay, so we ended up walking to a laundromat.

また泊まりたい。
Pros:

清潔感。
リゾートホテル感のある設備。
立地。
セイコーマートかすぐそば。

Cons:

冷蔵庫のスイッチがわからなかった。
カードキー挿せば冷蔵が始まるかと思ったけどそうじゃない。
結局3泊したけど全く使えなかった。
（スタッフに聞くほどではないので聞かなかった。説明書きくらいおいてほしい）

A great location in the heart of Sapporo.
Pros:

This was a great location in Susukino. It was walking distance to everything and easy to get to the subway and tram system. I had a spacious room with great spaces for reading, but I spent most evenings down in the cafe to read.

Cons:

The coin laundry machines left my clothes with a mildew smell. I had to go to a nearby laundromat to wash them again. Also there is a smoke room on the first floor. It is closed off, but sometimes at night the smoke smell starts to waft into the cafe area.

Definately a recommended property for a solo traveller
Pros:

The vibe of the property was lively.
Location is excellent.
Staff is friendly and always smiling.
Very efficient check in and check out process.
