Location was right on a major covered shopping street, lots to do and easy to get to transportation
Could use more/bigger laundry machines
Was close to all activities that I had planned and plenty of food and drinking options
We liked the library, the shared lounge and the breakfast. The location was excellent and it was good value for money.
The location was awesome right in the city centre . The staff was very polite and courteous. The room was very spacious and absolutely clean . The toiletries were excellent - made our skin feel so smooth. There was a fridge in the room , ample sitting space and a bidet and all the necessary things. There are books with a cute cafe.

They didn't clean the room despite putting up the sign . May be there was some miscommunication.

本のセレクトも良く、朝食もリーズナブルでおいしくてお洒落。スタッフも感じが良いしまた絶対利用したい。ベッド脇に素敵な本がさりげなく二冊あったのも心がほっこりしました。

朝食と本が24時間読み放題で借りて部屋に持っていけるところ。
朝食の時間にも関わらず送風網の清掃を脚立に登ってブラシでしていた。
もう本がたくさんある空間があるだけで落ち着くし、内心ワクワクでした。リピートしたいです。
シャワールームとお部屋の換気扇の換気口の埃が気になって仕方なかったです。せっかく清潔感のあるお部屋なのにもったいないと思ってしまいました。

Stylish hotel above a lovely relaxing cafe. Great location, comfortable bed and nice shower.
Rooms are relatively small, however use of space is quite efficient.

Reading lounge and book shop cafe. Washing facilities. Location. A Sapporo live cam is situated along from the hotel in the shopping arcade in which I could wave LIVE to my family.
Taxi can't take you to door of hotel as it is situated part way along a covered shopping arcade.
