The location was extremely convenient, located inside Tanukikoji shopping street! Really nice shops and food options near by. Susukino and Odori also 5 min walk away!

Location was great, easy to walk to sights from and to use public transport. Nice calming quiet vibe, especially in tge lobby area. Room was reasonable size for two adults.
el hotel muy nuevo y todo muy limpio. Personal muy amable. La habitación, como es normal en una ciudad grande en Japón, un poco pequeño. Estaba muy céntrico al lado de zonas muy famosas y se podía ir caminando a todo. En general muy buena experiencia.
Quizás la única ventana que había era un poco pequeña.
Die Lage war sehr toll. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher, was nicht notwendig gewesen wäre. Sonst war alles sehr sauber und alle sehr freundlich.
Zum Frühstück war leider nur einer der vier Varianten vegetarisch, was bei längeren Aufenthalten sehr einseitig wird. Insgesamt ist die Auswahl zum Frühstück sehr gering, auch wenn die kleine Suppe jeden Tag variierte.
The place is very pretty and comfortable. Location is very good, walking distance from train station, and lots of food options as well as shops and attractions.
The fact of being both a hotel and a cafe makes some rules ridiculous like having to order something or standing up in the middle of the cafe if you're waiting for someone for five minutes to come down from the room and want to sit down in one of the chairs (even when the place is completely empty of customers). Besides the rudeness of the employee saying so when explaining the situation.

Good location in popular covered mall close to station, restaurants etc. Haven of peace from outside busyness. Breakfast was great value.
Room was quite small (compared to other Japanese hotels at similar price), not much space to manoeuvre. Couldn’t find blackout blind in room, fine for me as an early riser but something to check when booking.
