Staff service on reception was quite cold. No gym (surprising for a 5* hotel).
Geschmackvoll eingerichtet
Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Servicepersonal ausgesprochen freundlich.
Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers hätte besser sein können. Wirklich störend war, dass sich die Klimaanlage nicht komplett per Knopfdruck ausschalten ließ! Manche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hätten freundlicher sein können.

de ligging was zeer goed : valk bij Mirabella gardens en op wandelafstand van andere bezienswaardigheden. daarnaast ook korte afstand naar de luchthaven
peroneel aan balie en tijdens ontbijt is wel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam !
housecleaning liet te wensen over : ondermaatse poetsdienst. Zeer rudimentaire aanwzigheid van verzorgingsproducten en ander materiaal. 4 sterren is blijkbaar niet maar wat het geweest is...

I did not choose The Cloud One Salzburg as a budget option. I deliberately paid a higher price expecting a premium stay, good facilities, and, most importantly, a high standard of hospitality and service, especially as we were visiting during our honeymoon.
Unfortunately, while the property itself is nice, the service was extremely disappointing.
Our first impression started badly at check-in. We were welcomed by a staff member named David, who appeared visibly annoyed and uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. There was no warm welcome or even a simple smile, and whenever I asked a question, the answers were unclear and unhelpful. For a hotel in this price category, basic hospitality should at least include a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Housekeeping was even more disappointing. On the first day, we left the room early in the morning and activated the room-cleaning button, yet nobody cleaned the room. When I called reception, I was simply told that I had to specifically inform the front desk if I wanted the room cleaned. This makes me wonder: what is the purpose of having a housekeeping/cleaning button in the room?
The following day, after I personally confirmed that the room needed cleaning, housekeeping only made the bed. The rubbish was left behind and the room was not properly cleaned at all.
Even with our luggage, there was no effort to assist us.
The hotel itself has good facilities and potential, but the level of service does not match the price being charged. For what we paid, and considering that we chose this hotel for part of our honeymoon, the experience was genuinely disappointing.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because improving basic hospitality and housekeeping standards would make a significant difference.

No sink in the toilet
Wir haben für 5 Sterne bezahlt und magere 4 Sterne erhalten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet (für dass wir auch noch extra zusätzlich bezahlt haben) war überhaupt nicht vielseitig - nicht mal 4 Sterne würdig. Die Rechaud's waren um 09.30 leer und wurden nicht aufgefüllt.
Das Zimmer wurde nicht mal gereinigt.
Preis-Leistung stimmte überhaupt nicht.
Schade um das Geld!!!!
Wir bereuen es sehr, soviel für die 2 Nächte bezahlt zu haben!!
