The location and facilities were good.

Cons:

I found the reception staff unaccommodating and have a very bad attitude. Racist towards Arabs. The restaurant staff were nice and friendly. The ac was good. The room cleanliness was not up to par.

Very nice hotel in good location
Pros:

Location was good - just off the tourist centre but still within walking distance to all the attractions, old town, concert halls. Also walkable to train station. Beautiful hotel and front desk was most helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Housekeeping was inconsistent - at times very slow and almost seemed reluctant to serve. Otherwise, overall very good hotel.

localisation de l'hotel. La propreté des chambre. Le personnel du restaurant.

Cons:

La taille de notre chambre, avec une salle de bain qui n'était pas vraiment séparée, était un point décevant. L'hôtel indiquait que le minibar était réapprovisionné quotidiennement, mais cela n'a malheureusement pas été le cas pour nous. En revanche, le personnel a réagi rapidement lorsque je leur ai signalé le problème et demandé qu'on nous apporte de l'eau. Nous avons également rencontré des difficultés pour obtenir un fer à repasser. Le personnel du restaurant était en revanche extrêmement sympathique et attentionné. Cependant, pour un établissement cinq étoiles, la qualité gustative ainsi que le choix proposés au petit-déjeuner nous ont semblé assez limités. Rien ne permettait réellement de différencier cette offre de celle d'hôtels de catégorie inférieure. Nous nous attendions à un petit-déjeuner plus personnalisé et plus raffiné, comme c'est généralement le cas dans les hôtels cinq étoiles. Sur ce point, l'expérience n'était malheureusement pas au niveau des attentes que l'on peut avoir pour cette catégorie d'établissement.

Низкое качество работы персонала. Очень плохо организована уборка номеров, пришлось вызывать менеджера.
