Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

I stayed in the hotel for one night only and changed the room three times because of a string sewage smell in the room. Stayed up till 10 PM because of the issues and the moving from one room to another.. at the end they only compensated with 10% refund for a less than 12h stay in the room! I wasn’t honestly satisfied specially that its a 5 stars hotel!

Awesome hotel, centrally located with amazing staff.
Pros:

Location was excellent. The rooms very spacious and clean. The staff very friendly and helpful at the front desk and bar. Especially, Dedrick with helping us where to go.

All in all a lovely hotel. Great full breakfast. Will recommend and stay again.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Dieter the Chef Concierge was helpful and gave us many good suggestions.

Cons:

The shower head was loose and the sink did not drain. Unfortunately no one fixed it while we were there.

I liked the beautiful hotel, the amazing staff, and the excellent services. The minibar was free, the valet service was excellent, and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the room was somewhat small, and the shower was open to the room.
