Очень услужливый, доброжелательный персонал. Просто одно удовольствие быть в окружении таких людей!
Месторасположение отличное. Транспорт 1-2 минуты от гостиницы в разные направления.
Завтрак - помещение красивое с панорамным окнами! Выбор отличный, на любой вкус.
Комната - очень чистая и тихая, все что надо было под рукой. Кровать и подушки очень удобные! Nespresso и мини бар пополняли каждый день, входит в стоимость-мелочь, а приятно.
В лобби можно взять зонты напрокат.
Получили огромное удовольствие.

Zimmer prinzipiell sauber
Das Hotel war einfach kein 5* Hotel.
Zimmer war eher klein. Frühstück war bestenfalls durchschnittlich.
Für ein 3* oder von mir aus 4* Hotel zu einem dementsprechenden Preis wäre es absolut ok, aber es rechtfertigt absolut keinen 5* Preis.
Die Gäste waren fast ausschließlich Amerikaner und Asiaten - denen dürfte es egal sein, wenn sie für durchschnittliche Leistung weit überdurchschnittlich zahlen.

Le petit-déjeuner était très complet, le personnel était attentionné. La propreté.
Les bruits de la canalisation dans la chambre, notamment en pleine nuit. La chambre était froide (décoration), le matériel était moyennement confortable (lit, fauteuil, lumière du matin, rideau peu occlusif...).
Lors de déplacement dans la pièce des lumières automatiques s'allumaient, peu agréable en pleine nuit, même si on peut comprendre la volonté de sécurité.
Les places de parcs étaient disponibles moyennant un prix excessif. Plus cher que dans le parking juste à côté....
Rapport qualité prix non satisfaisant.

Excellent location. Clean room. Early check in was granted at request which helped us.
Breakfast staff in particular Silke Sch was very friendly and had a smile always which made our day.
Check out was disappointing. 2 guys on duty had no clue whatsoever. Our credit card was authorised for payment and deposit on our check in however on check out this guy charged us for the end time for our 2 night stay accommodation. At the moment I have 2 outstanding pending transactions for Eur 653.29 and Eur 639. 09 on my Credit card.
The guy told me to contact Reception if both transactions go into completion. We have stayed in so many hotels and never experienced something like this.
Totally dissatisfied with the check out as this has inconvenienced me financially as my credit card limit is restricted.

Breakfast was ok, no berties, the lication is fill of food smell i think ventilation has to becrevised
No turn down service, shower caps only upon arrival not every day, very late room cleaning although we leave the room as early as 7:30 am
