The TV was in the wrong place should in front of the Bed
There was a fire alarm where we had to evacuate for 3 hours and there was no compensation or small reimbursement. 😔
Great location
There was a gas leak (I believe) during our stay with fire & police blocking access to the building - there was no one from Ramada at the access informing guests (including some trying to check in) what was happening.
Hunter was great on the counter.

Room tidy and a good size
It was very easy to reach the property from the railway station with a bus stop right outside. Spacious and comfortable room. Have already booked here for my next Wellington stay.
Reception staff were particularly great as we had an emergency evacuation on Saturday. The man on reception was calm, polite and explained everything clearly. Great job. 👏

Would have loved a bath or a couch rather than armchairs but was still an amazing room for the price.

Not a major but the drier smelt musty weird so didn’t wash dry my clothes but wasn’t a major.

Bed super comfy, room a good size and had most things we needed including a gym and carparking. Staff were super friendly and helpful on arrival. Great value for money and central to town so we walked alot when we could.
surfaces needed a bit better wipe and culterly/utensils were dirty so had to wash most things before using them. On departure there was no receiptionist, however there was somone in the room next door to reception, who saw me but didnt bother to come help. After waiting 3 mins i said could i just leave the keys somewhere as we had somewhere to be. I didnt get to tell them that the element had stopped working. Thought it was a bit rude he didnt come serve me.
Very large spacious room, had small, but full kitchen. Didn't need them but a large washer and a separate dyer
I dunno, nothing. Cause the rooms are so big the hallways are long but its not even that bad
Tino was so helpful and great to talk to. Hotel is located smack in the city and close to everything. Rooms are large and having laundry machines in the room was perfect.
Was quite funny at around 11pm when the alarm went off and we all had to head downstairs. Turns out it was a leak in the aircon gas. Nothing serious. Made for a fun last night in NZ.
