Easy as stay in Wellington
Pros:

Central, good size room. Good water pressure. Good facilities for a longer stay!

Cons:

It’s surface level clean, but could do with a deep clean in the room I was in. Felt a little tired

Pros:

Outstanding location, literally only a few metres from shops and Moore Wilsons. Easy access into town, the waterfront and the basin reserve.
Good value for a night away in the city.

Cons:

Rooms are rather small and dark. Cleanliness of the room left a little lacking. Neigbours alarm volume would suggest the walls are not that good at blocking noise - In saying that however it was very quiet throughout the stay.

Pros:

Great location at Taranaki street WGN.

Cons:

Ledge in bathroom had hair on it. Mirrors were smeared and spare blanket in the cupboard and duvet on bed had dirt marks on them.

Will never stay at your hotel again.
Pros:

I believe his name was “Hunter”, provided excellent service.

Cons:

Disappointing, the kitchen knife was rusty, some Bowles were dirty, the aircon made noises when on. A female employee was at Reception today around 9am while checking out, left her my luggage, she didn’t offer a tag/docket to safely identify and not get it mixed with other luggage’s. Came back to pick up my luggage, no one at reception, I needed my bag urgently to catch my flight so I just opened the room and got my luggage, so anyone can access the luggage room and anyone can take or steal any bags.
Unacceptable!

Value for money
Pros:

The rooms are nice and new. The check-in and the checkout was easy and seamless. The staff was good and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to lots of shops and public transport.

Cons:

The common areas could do with a bit of TLC.

Decent hotel with a good location
Pros:

Pros:

Great location with many tourist attractions are within a 15 minute walk.
Rooms are spacious and ours had kitchen amenities like a microwave, toaster, hot water kettle and stovetop
Laundry facilities were a huge plus as well
Beds were comfortable

Cons:

Parking was quite pricy
No openable windows in the entire suite and the fresh air button did not provide fresh air and the room smelled stale
The bathroom collected a bunch of dust from the dryer which was inadequately ventilated
Parking situation can be a cluster as the easement is very narrow and cars can block your entry and exit
You are also directly across the street from a music and arts venue. The music and noise stops around 11 pm.
Blood stains on carpet

Warm and comfortable.
Pros:

In walking distance to my work and gym. Feel safe and comfortable. Car stacker was different.

Cons:

Can’t open any windows. Nothing they can do but just located by a very busy street so you end up waiting longer to cross the street if you’re heading towards Courtney Place.

Convenient and has everything we needed.
Pros:

Location is perfect for our needs. Not far from Cuba Street, near Moore Wilson's, across from Meow Nui. Washer/dryer are clean and fantastic for touring artists. Hunter and Tino are helpful and provide great service.

Cons:

Glasses in kitchenette weren't clean. Paint touch-ups on walls needed and/or easy to see.

Excellent value
Pros:

Very clean, very well equipped, comfortable, light and easy to check in and out. Great value for money.

Cons:

No reading individual lights on bed so either both or neither under bright overhead light. Difficult to get clear advice on bus routes.
