Would have loved a bath or a couch rather than armchairs but was still an amazing room for the price.
Warm, quiet and spacious. The bed was great and the whole stay was easy.
Not a major but the drier smelt musty weird so didn’t wash dry my clothes but wasn’t a major.

Bed super comfy, room a good size and had most things we needed including a gym and carparking. Staff were super friendly and helpful on arrival. Great value for money and central to town so we walked alot when we could.
surfaces needed a bit better wipe and culterly/utensils were dirty so had to wash most things before using them. On departure there was no receiptionist, however there was somone in the room next door to reception, who saw me but didnt bother to come help. After waiting 3 mins i said could i just leave the keys somewhere as we had somewhere to be. I didnt get to tell them that the element had stopped working. Thought it was a bit rude he didnt come serve me.

I dunno, nothing. Cause the rooms are so big the hallways are long but its not even that bad
Tino was so helpful and great to talk to. Hotel is located smack in the city and close to everything. Rooms are large and having laundry machines in the room was perfect.
Was quite funny at around 11pm when the alarm went off and we all had to head downstairs. Turns out it was a leak in the aircon gas. Nothing serious. Made for a fun last night in NZ.
I like everything, the location in the city centre close to restaurants, shops and transport, and clean the staff was good help.

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service; the staff greeted me with warm smiles and treated me with genuine kindness throughout my stay. The room itself was impressively spacious, providing ample room to move around comfortably. The bathroom was equally inviting, immaculately clean, and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive atmosphere of my visit.
During my stay, I encountered a few issues. Firstly, the TV wasn't a smart TV, so I couldn't cast my movies or TV shows to it and had to watch everything on my phone instead. Additionally, it appeared that the bathroom cleaning was incomplete; the washing machine had been pulled away from the wall, and there was still rubbish in the bin when I arrived.

From check-in to check-out the team made us like a regular guest. Suprisingly quiet for a city center hotel. Parking was so tight. It was a good value overall and a great place to stay.
The only downside was the bathroom cleanliness.
