My favorite hotel in Times Square
Pros:

Le petit dej, le personnel, la piscine, la chambre nickel, le bar au 2/3ème étage, le rooftop bar.

Cons:

Ne pas pouvoir laisser mon bagage, même pour 24h de déplacement. Il vous faut une consigne à l'hotel. Merci !

Staff were rude, mediocre, didn’t feel super clean, really highly priced compared to what you get. Pool dirty and not well cared for. Much better hotels in NYC as stay regularly. Will not stay at a this brand of hotel again. Highly recommend you look elsewhere . Food average.

Perfect location with a real feeling of a vacation in the very heart of New York
Pros:

Amazing location, 2 minutes from Times Square and all the hip broadway shows. Subway to everywhere is across the street.
The rooms are very nicely decorated and give another boost to the vacation feeling. The view from our window was really nice (22nd floor, photo attached).
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The 6th floor pool seems really cool, but we simply didn’t have enough time to check it out. It must be great in the summer.

Cons:

Gym is pretty small and basic.

Excellent emplacement, assez spacieux pour NY, un peu bruyant.

La vue. L’emplacement. La dimension de la chambre. La propreté. L’ambiance/ décoration de l’hôtel en décalage avec NY.

Cons:

Le bruit (la rumeur du quartier et les bruits des ventilations/ climatiseurs). Le petit déjeuner annoncé gratuit alors que c’est en fait des bons d’achat de 25$ par personne, ce qui au regard des prix de la carte nécessite des compléments financiers.
