Très bel hôtel, très propre et super bien placé
Pros:

Emplacement au top, à deux pas de Times Square, des bus, des métros
Chambre confortable, ménage quotidien : vraiment très propre.
Literie impeccable, salle de bain nickel, machine à café et mini bar dans la chambre

Cons:

Peut-être une incompréhension concernant les transferts aéroport-hôtel inclus : visiblement seul l’aller était inclus dans le prix et non le retour, mais nous avons dû payer le retour en cash ; est-ce un bug ?
Le prix du petit-déj’ : il y a en fait un forfait de 25 $ par personne inclus mais à 5 $ le café, 10 $ le yaourt, on est vite à 25 $, TIP’s non inclus et obligatoire, 20%, même si nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de Douglas
Le prix des cocktails : 20 $, même pour un Rooftop nous paraît très cher, comme tous les bars ou restaurants sur New York

Pros:

A very pleasant hotel in an excellent location, close to everything and just a short walk from subway stations.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the pool on the third floor is a great way to relax and recharge after all the walking and sightseeing around the city.

Cons:

The biggest drawback is the elevators.

The hotel has 32 floors and 4 elevators, but only 3 of them go down to the ground floor, where the street exit is located. The wait for the elevators was long throughout the day, and during peak hours it could be very long.

That said, this was truly the only downside we found during our stay.

Pros:

Location is great. Very close to times square. All major tourist destinations of new york within half hour travel.

Com certeza voltarei e recomendarei o hotel!
Pros:

Localização do hotel e a cortesia dos funcionários. As toalhas eram trocadas todos os dias e eram muito macias.

Cons:

Os lençóis não foram trocados durante nossa hospedagem ao contrário das toalhas em um dos dias tivemos que retirar os lençóis e colocar no chão do banheiro para serem trocados por limpos.

Pros:

Top Lage!!! Sehr sauber. Trotz Time Square Nähe sehr ruhig. Gut isolierte Fenster! Recht geräumiges Zimmer. Wasser und Kaffee wird genügend kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons:

Das nicht sehr freundliche Personal an der Rezeption!

Pros:

Desayuno y restaurante pesimos. La verdad para mi es muy importante este punto y no habia opciones, solo comida chatarra y mala atencion de su personal cuando pregunte sobre el menu.

La recepcion en un septimo piso. El personal no sabe español y utiliza el traslator de google y se hace bastante tedioso comunicarse. Quise comprar algo de lo poco que habia para comer en la habitacion y solo problemas, no me entendian, nada ,desisti porque realmente voy a vacacionar y no a tener problemas xq no me entienden algo sencillo. Hubo un problema co el ascensor y la verdad me dio mucho miedo xq no quedo claro que paso y no vi que vinieran a revisarlo. Solo vin ola policia y lso bomberos que les decian que tenian que revisarlo pero siguio funcionando. No me gusto para nada eso. Ni un caramelo de bineenida. La verdad ni se preoucupana por un gesto minimo. La heladera del hotel vacia, siempre hay snacks para elegir si uno quiere. aca no haiba nada. Solo las botellas de agua reglamentarias. Dos horas esperando los ascensores porque todo estaba en diferentes pisos y era realmnte un lio. No es el tipo de hotel que estoy acostumbrada a a lojarme, no me gusto para nada y no volvere. No vale lo que cobran realmente. Tdoso problemas para que me entienda , no se puede asi y lo del reastaurante tremedno. Le pregunto a la persona que atendia si teneian pasta y me contesta : NO , POR SUERTE , y lo mismo cuando le prgunto por pizza , ya que uno supone que en un restaurante minimo tiene buena comida y este tipo de comidas es de lo mas comun. Todo comida chatarra, y refeo el lugar. No me gusto para nada.

Is a big hotel, but the pool it’s a bit small and the cleaners were always ringing the bell to ask if we needed the room clean (while we were sleeping)
