Zona de SPA si diversitatea meniurilor la restaurant

Cons:

Spatiu de cazare cu suprafata insuficienta, pentru 4* - mp ar trebui mai aerisit, dotarile sunt inghesuite si creaza senzatia de nefunctional!

Curațenia, mancarea, spa ul!!!

Cons:

Lipsa unei rampe/pante laterale, lângă scările din fața hotelului, care să faciliteze accesul persoanelor care nu au capacitatea să urce /coboare pe scări. Astfel, accesul acestora este limitat pe la ieșirea/intrarea prin parcarea din spatele hotelului iar ca să ajungă la lac trebuie să ocoleasca pe strazi adiacente.

Minunat
Pros:

Cel mai mult mi-a placut Spa-ul. Programul este intre 7-21. Coboram de mai multe ori pe zi la Spa. Am prins zile reci, ploioase, dar nu conta, noi aveam la hotel apa sarata calda!
Am avut mic dejun si cina. Foarte bune amandoua. Am stat la etajul 1, pe colt, o camera foarte linistita.

Aproape perfect. Parcarea strică scorul general.
Pros:

Hotelul este bine întreținut, curat, iar piscinele cu apă dulce și sărată sunt curate și încăpătoare. Există și o piscina pentru copii. Deși mesele sunt servite în regim de bufet suedez, mâncarea este diversificată și gustoasă

Cons:

Parcarea a fost neîncăpătoare în ziua în care am sosit. A fost o aventură să găsim un loc de parcare.

הנוף , הברכות , הניקיון . קיבלנו מיד את אשר ביקשנו.

Cons:

במלון יש 2 מעליות . שהינו במלון 15 לילות . כאשר היגענו המעלית הייתה מקולקלת . כשעזבנו המעלית עדיין היתה מקולקלת . עבדו לא ברף ומעט שעות , אדם אחד ולפעמים 2 אנשים על מנת לתקן את המעלית . המתנו למעלית לפחות רבע שעה כל פעם . בתוך המעלית הצפיפות הייתה נוראת .
היגענו למלון בריאים ויצאנו עם צינון קשה .
המלון לא נגיש עבור אנשים נכים על אף שמספק טיפולים לאנשים עם כאבי פרקים שמתקשים בהליכה .
לא ציפינו לבעיות כל כך קשות עם המעלית- וגם לא מובנת התשובה : " אין מה לעשות !"

Good place to stay in Sovata
Pros:

Everything is fine, we liked it. The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is very good.

Cons:

Unfortunately they were renovating the elevators and only one was working, which made the waiting quite long. We understand that was a temporary situation, we were just unlucky with the timing.
