Pros:

Fabulous room with breakfast, very enjoyable and relaxing.
Pros:

Easy to find, staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was as described, spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and relaxing, with lots of tables and space.

Very clean and comfortable with good breakfast!
Pros:

Pleasantly surprised how good this place is. Very clean rooms, spacious and modern. Very similar to a Premier Inn. Breakfast next door in the pub was good.

Cons:

Very nit picky but the pillows were too soft.
There’s a bit of noise from the pub and beer garden next door but nothing too bad.

Fan offered without asking due to heat.
Staff as always the bed.

Pros:

Ample parking, convenience for Manchester centre, good shower, delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Pillows were very uncomfortable, the fan given to us to use was broken.

Nice beer garden next door.
Pros:

Nice beer garden at the pub.

Cons:

Bit dated. Needs air con or at least fans for extreme weather. TV was the smallest we had ever seen in a room. Corridor smelt of weed - altho this wasn’t down to the b&b - not very pleasant for other guests.
