部屋は良かった

お部屋がワンランク上だったから
１３階で景色が良かった

Cons:

タクシーが間違って、もう一つの東横インに連れて行かれて、またタクシーで駅東口のホテルに帰ったので、タクシー代もだが、もう少しタクシー会社への
教育をして欲しい。初めての宿泊だから全く分かっていなかった。予約時に知らせて貰えたら良かったかと！

初めて利用しましたが、スタッフの対応もよく、寝心地も良かったので、次回も利用したいと思いました。

Cons:

ユニットバスのトイレの便座が狭く感じたので、取り付け位置を考えてほしいと思った。また、朝食におにぎり豚汁などが提供され、おいしかったが、ウインナーの味がいまいちで残念だった。

素晴らしかった。
Pros:

朝食も朝6:00〜9:00まで食べ放題で様々なメニューがあり良かった。アメニティも自由に取り放題で多種多様で肌にもよく素晴らしかった。バスローブもM,Lとあり良かった！！

Cons:

ドライヤーがもう少し良いのがあれば良かった。ドラマ、映画あるのに有料なのが残念

ホテルスタッフはいつも　素敵な笑顔で気持ちが良くなります

連泊中　午前中まだ寝ていましたが　隣の部屋の清掃だと思いますが壁にドン　ドンと何かぶつけているような音が　うるさくて気分が悪かったです
ドア外に　清掃不要の意思を示している横の清掃には　もう少し気づかいが欲しいと思います
