Le lit est confortable. La chambre est très spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain.
Le wi-fi fonctionne très bien le petit frigo également. Nous ne sommes pas loin des restaurants et la climatisation est cool.
Le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bon
Le digicode de la porte est un petit peu capricieux. Le fait que le déjeuner se termine à 9h30 c’est très tôt et qu’il y ait pas de réceptionniste en cas de problème.
I am very disappointed with my stay. Our room was not ready at the official check-in time, and we had to wait while it was being cleaned. We were also given the wrong door code, and at one point another guest opened our room while we were inside, which was a serious security issue.
The breakfast was very basic and uninspiring, and the breakfast area felt cold and unwelcoming, with only tiled floors and plain white walls. Communication was also frustrating, as responses appeared to come only from AI, and although the receptionist acknowledged our concerns, they avoided taking responsibility or resolving the issues.

1. The rooftop "pool"
Calling it a pool is generous - it's more of a plunge tub, and a crowded one at that. Open only from 9am to 6pm, right through the peak of summer heat, it was practically unusable. If you want to use it, you need to hope that there are fewer than 4 people already in it.
2. Room air conditioning
The A/C could not be set to drop below 27°C, no matter what we tried. During a heatwave, this made proper rest nearly impossible.
3. Lift out of service
One of the building's two lifts was broken for our entire stay, with no indication that anyone was working on it. To make matters worse, the other remaining lift was frequently monopolised by housekeeping trolleys, leaving us to take the stairs more than once.
4. Selective responses to reviews
Looking through past reviews, I noticed a pattern: the hotel consistently replies to positive comments while ignoring negative ones - even from guests who left a mix of both. It's hard not to read this as a sign that complaints simply aren't being taken seriously.
5. Review incentives
After checkout, the Segond Team asked us to leave a 5-star review in exchange for a chance to win a free stay. Genuine feedback only means something when it's given freely, without an incentive attached. Offering a prize for a positive rating undermines the trustworthiness of the entire review system - and casts real doubt on how many of the hotel's other glowing reviews were earned the same way.

Room a/c out for 3 hours in an outside temp of 41°
Checking in and out was super easy, the room was nice and the bathroom was enormous.
Only issue was the ac didn't seem to keep up with the heat, but was probably due to the heat wave going on

The pool closed at 6pm and opened at 10am, so was useless to people staying one night
