Pros:

Excellent location and modern building. The room was spacious and clean. The shower as well.

Cons:

Not a member of staff in sight...smell in the room was musty and no sound proofing. Could barely sleep with all the noise from the other rooms. The shower needs a door as water splashed everywhere

Not worth the price
Cons:

- No sheer curtains especially in a room located on level 1! No privacy whatsoever. You either have to keep the blackout curtains closed to have some sort of privacy and be kept in the dark all day, or leave them open and you'll have no privacy whatsoever.
- AC not working. Only fan mode was working during our 2 nights staying there and the room was very warm. Fan was provided for the second night and still, we barely got any sleep.
- Breakfast was minimal. Boiled eggs, ham, cereals and yogurts and a few sweet pastries.
- We used the stairs to access breakfast area (since room was on level 1) and they clearly needed a good clean. All dusty.
- You cannot communicate with the hotel directly. You message a third party on WhatsApp, then they talk to the hotel. Very frustrating to say the least as no solution is provided immediately. It takes much longer to solve any issue.

We also stayed here two years ago and our expectations were much higher.
A pity to see that things have gotten so poorly in such a short span of time.
