La habitacion era grande y muy comoda. Si bien no hay personas 24/7, hay una linea telefonica que te atiende muy rapido. Y las personas que estaban eran muy serviciales.

Unfortunately, our stay was a major disappointment and far from what we expected.

From the moment we arrived, there was a very unpleasant smell in the room, which became significantly worse every time we used the water. It seemed to be a sewage-related issue.

The balcony was also extremely small and the room had absolutely no view, just an internal wall. The lack of privacy was another major issue, as our balcony was only a few steps away from another balcony and the surrounding walls of the building. It honestly felt more like being in a prison than staying in a hotel.

The room was also not properly cleaned when we arrived. The floor was visibly very dirty, which was unacceptable and made us question whether the room had actually been cleaned 100% before our check-in.

When I reported the problems with the smell, cleanliness and the room itself, I was told that there was nothing that could be done because the room had been inspected before our arrival and had smelled fine. I found this response extremely disappointing. Problems can arise at any time — that is precisely how unexpected problems happen. The fact that the room had been checked beforehand does not mean that a problem could not have developed afterwards.

What disappointed me even more was the complete lack of follow-up. Nobody messaged us the following day to ask whether the situation had improved or we were still experiencing problems. A simple courtesy call would have shown some genuine concern for the guest experience.

Breakfast was included, but unfortunately it was very poor and there was nothing that I could actually enjoy. I only went once during our stay.

Overall, this was not the experience we were expecting, especially for an anniversary stay. We left feeling very disappointed and, unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to anyone

Very Clean and big rooms

Room was incredibly spacious, super clean and featured a big comfortable bed that made each night a pleasure. Water pressure in the shower was amazing and even the little details made a big difference, such as the complimentary cold water available throughout all our stay and in every floor. Breakfast was fantastic. The small pool was a relaxing spot to unwind and the ideal lication in Xaghra made exploring Gozo so convenient. Communication was excellent too with everything made so easy through AI. This hotel is using codes instead of cards or keys for rooms and main door. A well deserved 10 out of 10. We would happily return and highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Gozo. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable ❤️
