Pros:

I liked everything about the property, the apartment was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 (one of the 2 children’s is 2)the kitchen was very useful to have with small kids , beds were very comfortable , air conditioning for the afternoon and fans in all rooms .the swimming pool was lovely , clean and peaceful. The location is incredible, so close to centro and right in lively getsemani.reception and cleaning staff were very professional, helpful and just so good to us all.I would recommend to anyone that wants to visit Cartagena .

Pros:

El apartamento es espectacular. Tiene techos altos, espacios muy amplios y una decoración bonita y acogedora. Además, se nota que está muy bien cuidado y mantenido.
Debo admitir que al llegar al hotel tuve una primera impresión algo negativa; sin embargo, al entrar al apartamento mi percepción cambió por completo. Me sorprendió muy positivamente, superando ampliamente mis expectativas.

Cons:

El edificio evidencia una falta de mantenimiento general. La recepción luce algo descuidada y da una impresión de abandono. Asimismo, las áreas comunes, especialmente la zona de la piscina, requieren mayor atención y mantenimiento para ofrecer una mejor experiencia a los huéspedes.

Świetny klimat Getsemani
Pros:

Świetny dom w kolumbijskim stylu z wygodnymi apartamentami. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel, okolica idealna na poczucie miasta i swobodne spacery. Wszędzie blisko w cudownym klimacie.

Cons:

Niestety w soboty głośna ulica bo tamtędy jadą disco busy. Polecam miecz zatyczki👌

Super appartement, grand, spacieux et très propre. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le confort et l’emplacement, qui est idéal.



Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Casa Morales was an excellent place to stay in Cartagena. Located in the heart of Getsemaní one of the most vibrant and atmospheric neighborhoods everything was within easy reach.

The hotel features beautiful colonial-style décor that creates a unique and charming ambiance. It’s also a perfect place to relax, especially by the pool, where you can unwind away from the city’s bustle.

The staff truly stands out incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Too noisy to be enjoyable
Pros:

Good location but on a very noisy and busy street.

Cons:

Tired facility in need of maintenance. Power kept on going on and off, days without hot water, not particularly clean, pool was cloudy and the only way to communicate with staff was with Google Translate. Paid extra for a suite with a balcony -- which was dirty and without seating. This place could be quite lovely if there was more attention to maintenance and better communication.

muy agradable y cómoda
Pros:

el hotel es muy lindo y cómodo, la gente amable y muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

El único problema que presentamos es que la cocina no está muy equipada para cocinar de verdad, el horno no funcionaba y a pesar de que nos intentaron ayudar todo el tema cocina fue un poco incómodo.
