The convenience of a 2 bedroom suite
The surroundings: we did not feel safe at night walking back to the hotel

Adorámos a nossa estadia no voco Bilbao. O hotel é moderno, simples, espaçoso e muito confortável. Destacamos especialmente a cama e o duche, ambos de excelente qualidade, proporcionando uma experiência muito agradável.
No entanto, foi uma pena encontrar alguns problemas de manutenção nas janelas da fachada. Existem infiltrações que provocam um incómodo ruído de pingos de água, além da presença de bolor em estado avançado nas zonas afetadas. Consideramos que esta situação necessita de uma intervenção profunda e urgente para garantir o conforto dos hóspedes e preservar a qualidade geral do hotel.

Clean hotel room and amenities, friendly helpful staff.
Location not great for single female solo travellers. Though city felt safe, walking at night, it is down a very multicultural local area, not on the main road, not well lit and a lot of walking traffic.
Friendly staff, comfortable room and very clean, location a bit out of way but close enough to walk everywhere !
