Es war alles perfekt bis auf den Lärm im Zimmer (wie von einer Rüttelplatte auf einer nahen Baustelle!!!), der von der nahen Schnellstraße, aber auch von der Lüftungsanlage des Hotels kam.
Wen Geräusche beim Schlafen allerdings nicht stören, findet hier ein wirklich tolles Hotel!
Übrigens haben wir auch in Ottawa Downtown in einem Homewood Suites übernachtet, da war es aber schön ruhig.

They charged and would not work with us when we had to cancel at the last minute due to a severe illness in our family. I felt this was just wrong. Our airline worked with us. I even asked to reschedule.

Pros:

Excellent hôtel extrêmement bien situé (proche de la station de métro Place-d'Armes, à une station du Centre Bell). Personnel bienveillant et très sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner et bonne ambiance en général. Je recommande.

Cons:

Il est arrivé certaines fois que les linges aient été récupérés sans être remplacés, ou que ceux-ci aient été remplacés par des linges avec des traces.
