The best hotel experience in Kuwait.
Pros:

Breakfast is beyond imagination, with a great number of choices and quality pastries. The room is very big and nice; you can open and close the curtains with a button. Facility is great. They even presented a cake to my room for my birthday.

Cons:

No proper electrical socket to plug in the hair dryer in the bathroom. The toiletries and hotel amenities are weak for such a luxury hotel. Only one set of dental toiletries was provided for example. No indoor pool.

الستاف رائع ومدرب بشكل احترافي ، costumer service عالية جدا سواء موظفين المطاعم او السبا او المسبح او الاستقبال والكونسرج ، الطعام مستواه عالي ، موقعه داخل فندق الافنيوز ممتاز جدا لترفيه اضافي

Cons:

لم يعجبني عدم تخصيص مشبح للأطفال ، لان ستايل المكان مصمم للإسترخاء وواضح انه للبالغين لكن وجود عدد كبير من الاطفال الصغار داخل مسبح واحد واضح انه ليس مخصص لهم منعني من الاسترخاء لكن بشكل عام الفندق جميل لو تم تحويل النافورة الى مسبح اطفال

We can overlook everything except the receptionist's attitude.

The staff at the reception was very rude to us and in prepose took my stuff and trick me they already sent it to our car while we are leaving but he didn’t sent it and it was gift for my family and now i’m back in uae without the expensive gifts i bought

Great but unfair

They check me in late i came at 2 for early check in and told them a day before and they check me in at 4 and asked me to leave early on check out and thats not ok
