Clean, comfortable, but slightly odd setup
Pros:

Facilities were older but definitely clean — we could smell the bleach, which was comforting. Spacious room with a nice bed. It was in a perfect location to where we wanted to be (ocean fishing trip) and the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Let us pick which floor we wanted to stay on and even put us in a room where we could see the water.

Cons:

The chairs in the room were rather uncomfortable and there is a window to where other guests walk facing our bed with no two-way glass situation. The power went out at one point because of a rain storm.

Overall we enjoyed our time at the Parker lodge it was a nice walk to beach and also short drive to main st. Restaurants

Proximity to beach, pool.
Quite.

Cons:

Although the exterior of building is a bit outdated. The rooms were very nice.

Great place to stay, really quiet
Pros:

Great location, great value for money.

Cons:

There were some technical issues with the Wi-Fi and this was a small inconvenience and the staff dealt with the issue by moving me to another room.
