Perfect ending to our road trip 5*
Pros:

The location was fantastic. For the money it was 5* in my opinion.
Full use of all the facilities and other resorts.
Free Zoo tickets were great bonus.
Went to Natura Land again for free inc parking.
Would 100% stay again value for money was excellent

Cons:

The resort itself could do with a slight refurbish.
Cracked pool tiles some loose tiles in the hot tub.
Indoor pool smelt very chlorinated could do with doors opening or ventilation breathing became difficult if spent to long in there.

Pros:

Nice size room with balcony, lots of amenities. Kayaks, firepit ($5 wood), indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs.

Cons:

The outdoor obstacle course at the resort was covered in duck poop. It wasn't cleaned until the day we left. But overall we would still come back 10x over

Looks were deceiving! The room we stayed put me in a mind of a Motel 6.

They charge a $300 dollars for a room that’s worth $60 and just because of the waterpark
Pros:

Nothing probably a motel 6 is better

Cons:

The motel vibe, the out dated furniture and the price paid

Lots of new things to see and do at all the Natura resorts/water park/treetop walkway/trails/snorkel
Pros:

Tiki room was right next to the beach area and fire pit. Relaxed atmosphere. Free kayak use. Keyless entry. Multiple swimming areas.

Cons:

No free breakfast with stay. 4pm check-in time, if we could have checked into our room a couple hrs earlier that would have been helpful.

Pros:

I love the hotel and the private beach there's so much to do swimming and the beach outside pools fish kayak everything it's a wonderful place for a family and people of all ages

Cons:

I didn't like that we're not allowed to wear water shoes at the beach or at Land of nurtura . If we want something on our feet we have to purchase socks to swim in which I don't agree with it is a live beach with algae that collects over the rocks and some of the floaties which creates that slimy textured surfaces. When you're coming with a large family/group not everybody can afford to buy socks for 20 people. You want people to be safe they should be able to wear water shoes it is a A SAFETY CONCERN FOR ALL YOUNG AND OLD. ALSO THOSE FLOW YOU SHOULD BE SCRUBBED A LOT MORE THERE'S A LOT OF LG THAT COULD BE EASILY WIPED DOWN

Pros:

Access to all the amenities, fire pits and zoo passes. The beach area was very nice and beautiful sunsets.

Cons:

The chairs by the pool were over stretched out but was ok. The rooms were decently cleaned but was still sandy and the shower had hairs in it. Biggest thing was that my room, and another room my party rented had a bad smell from the air conditioner.

We had a good time as a family and enjoyed the pools and outdoor areas and the connection with the Natura waterpark. The
Pros:

I did like the location and the outside area and the pools were nice. I also liked being able to go to the big waterpark. I liked that our rooms had balconies.

Cons:

The rooms were okay but kind of shabby. The chair at the desk looked like they picked it up at a garage sale. There were some dried bugs on the wall and the carpets felt damp (maybe from the humidity or previous guest tracking water from pool?) The turn table wasn’t the right one for the microwave so didn’t turn - made things overheat. Coffee in the lobby would’ve been nice especially since hotel is located outside town. Also, I requested 3 rooms close together a month or so before we arrived and then reminded them closer to the date. We had two rooms next door to each other but the other was at the end of the hall. It didn’t seem like the hotel was full.

Wonderful 12th birthday stay with my son. Already planning our next stay
Pros:

Everything is included including the kayaks from the beach. Kids fished in the morning and evening. Can walk to a great restaurant on the lake with live music. Grounds and amenities were great, beautiful and scenic. When you go to Land of Natura you get to bypass the entrance line and express entrance which saved us tons of time. Your keys are your wristbands so I didn’t have to worry about the kids using a key card.

Cons:

Only complaint was the comfortability of bed and pillows. Not major, I’m older so these factors matter more to me is all. I wish there was more guidance on amenities included in the hotel stay. We staked in the tiki area and didn’t venture much into the hotel. Night of our last stay we realized there was pool tables and you could purchase wood. It would be really nice to have a laminated stand in the hotel room about what all is included. I would have purchased fire wood and all. Just small things would make a great help.

Nice place. Not fancy but comfortable. Nice pools, hot tubs and sauna.
Pros:

The included waterpark and other activities. The beds were very comfortable. The pools and hot tub were nice.

Cons:

No breakfast. No drinks at the lake I thought put a damper on things.
