The online pictures make this place look really nice, in person it’s about a 3 out of 10.
Pros:

I liked the pool table even tho it was only 2 balls, I liked the indoor pool. I also like the wristband can get you in and out your room, plus the free zoo tickets.

Cons:

I didn’t like the musty smell throughout the hotel, the old carpet made me feel uncomfortable to take my shoes off.
The toilets flushed really slow and the front desk didn’t explain all the perks too well.

Something for Everyone
Pros:

The resort is gorgeous! The kids got to play in the pool, the beach, and the sand. My husband got to fish and I got to relax! There's something for everyone at Natura. The staff is great and the place is very clean. We will definitely be coming back

Pros:

Nice location, easy access to rooms. Great parking.

Cons:

Sheets were stained, like to the point you had to be completely not paying attention when they put them on to not see the stains. Both beds. TV remote did not match the tv to operate it with the remote.
