Pros:

Space for a family of 5. Loved the pools, beach, hottubs, and waterpark.
Also, the wristbands for keys was nice for everyone in the family.

Cons:

Would have loved to have a continental breakfast.
Hot tub could use more jets and cleaning.

Such a disappointment.
Pros:

Loved the area.

Cons:

Our room was not clean, the bed was uncomfortable, pillows flat, sheets with stains. The towels had stains on them as well. We had joining rooms. These rooms are definitely dated. Pool area was not clean. Hair all over the floor.
