great location, great amenities with the Land of Natura and parking and Wildlife park being included
Pros:

I would book this as a family trip only, not as a trip for just my husband and I, I picked it because of all the kid friendly options.

Cons:

There was really nothing I didn't like, I wish it was a little less expensive but it was still a good value since we did go on a weekend.

No me gustó la experiencia. Considero que, para el precio que pagué, la habitación era demasiado sencilla.

Además, encontré varios problemas de limpieza que me decepcionaron: la sábana estaba sucia, había unas letras escritas a mano en el espejo, encontré un vello dentro del jacuzzi, un cabello largo en la habitación y también había basura en el mueble donde estaba la televisión y debajo del sofá.

Otro detalle que no me gustó fue que la habitación no contaba con batas de baño para usar después de ducharse o salir del jacuzzi. Considero que, por el precio del alojamiento, ese es un servicio que debería estar incluido para brindar una experiencia más cómoda.

Tomé fotografías de todo como evidencia, pero decidí no mostrarlas en recepción porque había más personas presentes y, por respeto y educación, no quise exponer la situación delante de otros huéspedes.
Sin embargo, considero que estos son aspectos que podrían mejorar para ofrecer una experiencia acorde con el precio del alojamiento.

Great location, nice outdoor facilities, check in process and rooms were fair at best.

Perfect stay! Would come back!!!
Pros:

We requested the end of the motel along with the room right next door because my son does have autism and he can be extremely loud and we didn’t want to upset anyone with the noise, having the end and a room next door helped tremendously with that, thank you so much for being so accommodating. Everything went great, everything was clean, beach was clean, life guards were nice. We can’t wait to be back! My 4 kids had an absolute blast!!! Loved the inflatable, swimming, canoeing, the pools, all in all great time! We can’t wait to be back!!

Won't be staying here again.
Pros:

Front desk and room assistance were very friendly. Loved the inflatables, beach and pools. Loved the admission to Land of Natura and zoo

Cons:

Mold in bathroom, no front entrance rug so so much sand everywhere. never any ice available, a/c unit was so loud that none of us could sleep and too hot to turn off, turned on and off at least every 4 minutes, beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in, bedding not changed, inflatables closed way to early, Tv remote worked when it felt like it, no cable or options to sign into prime or netflix.

Overall great 1st time experience of the dells
Pros:

Location and amenities. The add ons with purchase of room was a great deal IMO.

Cons:

Tv service was below average. Specifically kids shows/movie channels.
