Pros:

I love staying here we come often. The pool is the best and beds are super comfy. Breakfast is great too. Front desk staff are so wonderful.

Cons:

I didnt like that even with the do not disturb sign on the door I still got woken up before 10am with someone asking if I need towels. Although that was a super kind offer I go there just to get away so I can get some sleep.. that's the only thing. Everything else was perfect

Cons:

I was very disappointed that I wasn't able to sleep because of a party at the staff cottage. So I asked for a later checkout so I could get a few more hours sleep and I was told that I had to pay extra for that regardless of weather I got sleep or not so we decided to just check out and I was given 15% back off the price of the room for the 1 night which I did appreciate and I also got an apology from the owner himself.

AMAZING STAY!!! ❤️
Pros:

Everything! The rooms are gorgeous! Beds are so comfy I slept like a baby. The staff are all amazing! Food was great at the restaurant as well as the free breakfast it was so great the waffles 🧇 were a huge hit for us we loved them! We booked one night and extended our stay and honestly I just want to stay forever its been that great! The pool was so nice and warm then we checked out the sauna that was so nice since im getting older im always cold so that was a favorite place for me 🙂 They have an awesome gym area as well as they rent out ATVs which is so fun! There's also a nice playground for the kids and the prices here are great but the staff are what made our stay most memorable they were all such beautiful people. Thank you Jolly Roger you will definitely be seeing us lots more 😊 ❤️

Just the weather but thats outta their control can't blame the hotel for the rain lol! 😊

Overall, we had a great stay and would visit again! Thanks everyone!
Pros:

Thank you to the amazing staff who made our stay very welcoming and pleasant! The kids loved the Easter egg hunt experience, the staff did a wonderful job decorating and planning the event - music, photo with Easter Bunny - special thanks to Bunny-Anni :), egg hunt, painting station, hot chocolate, scavenger hunt and a goodie bag. Kids really enjoyed the special attention. On another note, we enjoyed:
- free breakfast buffet --> variety of fresh foods (light meals and refreshments such as waffles, fruits, cereals, oatmeal, muffins, eggs, yogurt, bagels/toast, and tea/coffee/hot chocolate)
- swimming pool (spacious, heated, clean)
- sauna (amazing after a swim in the pool)
- room was outdated but clean and tidy, plenty of toiletries, towels and such; outdoor exit from the room was a nice feature
- lots of parking space and close the rooms
- kids outdoor playground (huge plus!)
- pet friendly (although we didn't bring ours this time but we enjoyed meeting the white Samoyed on site)

Cons:

Hot tub not working but they do have a sauna instead.
Nothing much around the area - very limited restaurants.
Outdated but for us it was not a deal breaker.

Quiet and decent stay but would prefer staying close to downtown for easy accessibility

Facilities like table tennis and squash courts

Cons:

There were no clear directions to find lobby from within the hotel. The room fones were not working. The parking lot was in a bad shape with full of potholes. Many of the facilities like hot sauna were not functioning. The breakfast was okayish. The location was a bit isolated from the nearby eateries. Even the fireplace wasnt functional.
