Terrific property with outstanding amenities! Very spacious loft, beautifully decorated.
Pros:

Very large loft, pretty decor, super-clean. Outstanding amenities - like a village, everything you need. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

This is not a negative, but I would recommend placing several luggage trolleys in the garage for visitors staying in the lofts so that they have a way to move things from their car to the loft. Thank you!

L'appartement était confortable, la piscine était proche de la chambre et nous avons profité du coffee shop pour le petit déjeuner et du country club pour le déjeuner.

Cons:

1. Pas de porte qui ferme entre la chambre et la salle de bain - toilettes
2. L'eau de la piscine n'était pas assez chaude pour que les enfants puissent se baigner

Pleasant experience overall but ask about the location of your room.
Pros:

Liked the location and access to restaurants and shops

Cons:

I was not told that my room was a block from the hotel and that I had to walk up a flight of stairs with my suitcase and laptop. One of the hotel staff helped me but it was disappointing as I wanted to stay at the main hotel.

Wonderful stay at the Drey Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and welcoming, but Bell Captain Lance Lashley truly stood out. He went above and beyond with exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine kindness. His attention to detail made our stay feel extra special.

Pros:

The Drey is one of our go-to hotels in Dallas. We love everything about it. We are especially thankful for the service of the Bell Captian, Lance. He was wonderful and attentive from the time we pulled up and throughout our stay. He has a pleasant and friendly demeanor and a heart for service. We would come back just because of him alone. Lance is an asset to The Drey and helps guest's feel at home during their stay.

Fantastic Stay
Pros:

Wife and I stayed December 20, 2025. It truly was a five-star experience that went far beyond casual courtesies and graciousness. I remember Bell Captain Lance Lashley and front desk worker Richard, but there were so many employees we met on arrival their names escape me. All were fantastic. This hotel was fantastic. I would stay here again.

Friendliest staff
Pros:

We had a great experience. Friendliest staff I have ever come across, Lance Lashley, the bell captain made us feel cared for from the start. It's in a great location across from North Park Mall and there is a coffee shop across the court yard. I would definitely recommend.
