Very clinical and absolutely no customer service, everything automated & did not want to interact with customers. No bar to get a drink on arrival

The staff were so unhelpful… I arrived at 12 noon and explained I was going to a concert and the bus was leaving at 2 pm and asked for an early check in… which I was told no sorry no rooms ready but call in before the time and maybe we can accommodate you… when I went again it was a different guy who didn’t have a clue what I was asking. Again no… but could use toilet to change in… stating I paid 284 euro without breakfast for 1 night… I was not going to change in a toilet… there was a girl on reception and I spoke to her 3 times and she was no help whatsoever… she took onboard what I was asking and walked away and ignored us…. When we came back from concert at approximately 1.30am… I had the bag tickets which I was given at booking in and they were awkward to allow me to get my bags as I had no photograph id… even though my husband had already paid for the room… the night porter couldn’t even speak he just pointed where he wanted us to follow him too… the guys at reception seemed a bother for them to be genuine helpful…I work on customer service and I was totally disappointed with what service I was given and for the price I paid… I do not mind paying for a good hotel and good service but they made me feel a inconvenience which I certainly wasn’t and it wasn’t busy when we arrived so they had no excuse
It’s so convenient for gigs in the 3 arena and so nice if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Brilliantly accessible with the luas too.
We booked it for an anniversary stay and booked all the trimmings like a bottle of bubbly and chocolates etc. upon arrival to the room I was disappointed that it had not been set up so had to go back to reception and explain. They did give us a free drink at the bar while we waited. Other than that we enjoyed our stay
