Great stay would stay again. Shame it wasnt closer to the city

good location for the 3 arena - however I wouldnt be in a rush back

its a new hotel , the room was fine - nothing outstanding.

Cons:

1st inpressions for me always count , the fact that I was made check in at a machine took away the personal touch. no meet and greet, no information about the hotel or area. Totally impersonal. we ate in the restuarant and were looked after by what was clearly a new hire. Everyone has to learn on the job but she could have done with additional support. we ended up in a wheelchair accessible room. the room itself was fine but i nealry tangled myself in a red rope hanging over the side of the bed. The breakfast layout could certainly do with some tweaking. Cups outside the door. Coffee and tea machine put in a corner just at the door and hard to access. no real flow to layout to breakfast service . usual price gouging because there was an concert on in the 3 arena

Not as good as expected - booked again in October- will give it one more chance

Nice room and good shower

Cons:

Don’t expect room to be ready even 1 minute early. You won’t be allowed check in until bang on 3pm
Bar mediocre and Guinness poor
Cafe closed on Sunday
Window broken- not notified just a note on the window
Someone went in when we were at breakfast to fix- we came back to them in our room door wide open
