The mattress and duvet are very comfortable. Thick mattresses that weren't hard but had good support. No pain in the joints in the mornings. We stayed 6 nights. Airconditioning in the summer was great.
For a four-star hotel, I expected a refrigerator.
The room was on the small side.
Lo staff cordiale, l'hotel e i servizi ultra moderni e lussuosi.
Il servizio del ristorante non proprio impeccabile.
Breakfast was fine with lots of choice. We also had an evening meal which was delicious and the staff were very attentive. The reception staff were helpful in assisting us with taxi’s and booking tickets for the hop on hopp off buses.
Only a couple of minor things there weren’t enough tea bags and milk in the room to cater for three people and we had to ring up about that soon after arrival. This maybe a staffing problem but at breakfast tables were not being cleared/cleaned in a timely manner making it difficult to find somewhere to sit.
Breakfast was good, no eateries or bars close by but had in-house bar & bistro (expensive). Tea & coffee facilities in the room were welcome. No fridge, nice room and bathroom.
A fridge would have been good.
Very modern and clean and comfortable hotel . The location is great. Easy walk into the centre of town . 10 minutes drive from the Ferry terminal. Plenty of parking very near by. Price is good too.
The food is really very poor. We had to eat in the hotel due to bad weather outside and an early start and it was clearly all pre packaged stuff. All the comments about fresh Irish ingredients are very misleading. Really should and could do way better !! Even the Guinness isn't poured well and that's a sin in Dublin. The dining room is nice but the bright lights are reminiscent of a canteen.
Nice modern facility with a great included breakfast
Albeit that the booking did say check in was only at 3pm, we did arrive early and were told that sorry checkin could only be at 3pm, but we weren’t the only ones that was told that that then resulted with a large amount of people queuing and waiting to all check in after 3pm. Suggest that this needs to be reviewed and possibly stagger half an hour each side of that.
This our best hotel on our Ireland visit. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was, too, with all accessories fully furnished. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The hotel was located within walking distance of most things we did and within train stations and tram stops for the rest. I can easily imagine staying here again.
Nothing.
Excellent facilities and food great
