Location, general finish of the rooms and common areas
Tv was angled and didnt have any internet access on it for the apps, no option to access settings to try and connect. Staff didnt explain you need to scan your card outside the lift to operate it. Damage was caused to the lift panel. Curtains in room were stained. No fridge in room

Great location for events and into city centre and also a good deal for parking
Upon entry there were 3 members of staff at the desk and I asked to check in and one member of staff said to me to check in myself using a kiosk. I understand this option when it’s busy but I was the only person checking in and the face to face interaction would have been better as I was well able to check in myself so in fact not one word was spoken to a staff member in this process. I found this quite impersonal and unnecessary. Then when checking out there were two staff members at the desk and I was just asked for my room number, again a very impersonal interaction considering its hospitality. I think a more friendly approach from staff is needed.
Buttonless lifts were really cool (they read your key card and take you to the floor), wifi was good, room and bed was really comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful
The hotel had a stunning reception area which we really liked. Our room was comfortable and very spacious. It's very close to the 3arena, so would recommend if you are going to there. When organizing our taxi to get to the Airport early in the morning, the woman at reception was very helpful.
When we checked in, we found some of the staff a little funny at times. In our room, the shower door wouldn't shut at all so kept opening when trying to shower.
