Absolutely beautiful hotel and super clean! I was very impressed that at every time during the day people were cleaning and keeping the place spotless. Every one at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable with every amenity we needed. The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in in a hotel. The location is just steps from the beach and a very short walk to restaurants and stores. Also, being able to borrow chairs, umbrellas and beach toys at no charge was a HUGE plus since we fly to Clearwater.
The only 1 small thing I didn’t care for was that there was a really strong air freshener scent throughout the lobby and hallways. It’s not a bad smell necessarily, it smelled like a Febreze or Glade plug in perhaps, but it was SO strong.
Location and accessibility to the beach. Parking made the experience easy. The daily towel swap versus a full cleaning of the unit was nice. The unit had plenty of space.
There is not a restaurant inside that has good food, breakfast, or dining options. The gym is not open early morning or later in the evening.
The location is great, right on the beach and complementary beach chairs and umbrellas are very handy. The suites are spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed.
The receptionist was noticeably dismissive and unhelpful. Her demeanor suggested that she was reluctant to answer questions, and her responses came across as terse and unfriendly. Unfortunately, this made the check-in experience feel quite unwelcoming.

The pool could of been bigger but other than that, everything was a 10/10 recommend.

Parking was very pricey. You have to carry heavy chairs and umbrella to the beach. One garage space and no free guest parking for day visitor. Kitchen barely equipped and no blender. Sofa and chairs in the living room are extremely uncomfortable-like sitting on stiff cardboard. No makeup mirror nor clock in the bedroom. Second bedroom is the size of a small walk-in closet only big enough for a twin sofa bed. Also the shower diverter needs to be replaced.

On Saturday, June 27, I had trouble with the remote control batteries; someone told me via text message that they would bring up replacements, but that never happened. I also asked for help accessing an app on the TV, but the request was denied, and in the end, we couldn't watch TV. Although it might seem insignificant, this kind of thing makes the overall experience less than ideal.
