Deberían aclarar previamente el cobro de 30 dólares por noche

La ubicación y las habitaciones

Cons:

No me gustó que al llegar te obligan a pagar 30 dólares por noche por el solo echo de elegir ese hotel, por lo que te termina saliendo 30 dólares más por noche además de lo abonado por la estadía. El desayuno lo teníamos incluido y al estar separado del hotel le daban prioridad a los que pagaban el desayuno y las dos noches que estuvimos a pesar de haber pagado el desayuno nunca nos lo sirvieron

We stayed while visiting for Alan Jackson’s last concert. The staff were nice and I liked the themed setup in the lobby.

A Nashville Great Stay
Pros:

We had a great time staying in the Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville, the vibe was great, it was close to the action and I was in town for a conference at the Music City Center and enjoyed the walk to the center from the hotel. Staff were great, rooms were comfy and Ella's became a meeting place for my team to debrief after the conference. We'll be staying here again on our subsequent trips to Nashville.

Excellent in every way and I would book again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

Clean modern and no hassle or fuss:) excellent allround can’t fault it at all! Spotless! and handy to Broadway 5 mins walk away and a safe and peaceful location.

The bed was comfortable and the view was nice

Cons:

Staff was unfriendly and gave away our room that was reserved. I had to argue with the manager to get the room back that was reserved. The breakfast was not free, we had to pay for it first and the go back to the desk and have them take it off the bill and that was not anywhere in the description.

Our stay here has been incredible. Hook up Hailey and Conner at valet. They took care of us. The location is incredible and it’s close to the Alan Jackson concert.
