Hotel cómodo pero habitación muy pequeña
Pros:

Cercanía al centro de la ciudad y el malecón

Cons:

La persona que nos recibió no fue muy atenta ni dio las indicaciones de estancia y la habitación quedaba hacia la calle donde pasaba mucho carro y por ende había mucho ruido

Cons:

La persona que me recibió fue muy amable. En la mañana al salir cuando iba a realizar el pago la persona del turno de la mañana se incomodó porque hacia transferencia desde un banco diferente a bancolombia, no tenian datáfono. Me dijo que la transaccion no se iba a ver reflejada. Muy indispuesta le dije que con mucha pena eso no era mi responsabilidad. Le mostré mi telefono mientras hacia la transacción, y el miraba mi pantalla, me hizo sentir como una ladrona que no iba a pagar. Cero para la persona que me atendió en la mañana.

Pros:

La atención de las recepcionistas, muy formales, las personas de cocina, el desayuno bueno y las que limpian los cuartos muy atentas.

Cons:

La verdad las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas. Eramos cuatro personas y las camas están muy juntas, no nos gustó que una noche queríamos salir y teníamos derecho al parqueo. Pero nos dijeron que si no llegábamos rápido nos ocupaban el espacio, que debíamos buscar parqueo en otro lado o que dejaramos afuera el vehículo sin ninguna responsabilidad. Y el baño se taquiaba mucho porque no subía casi el agua.
