Das Hotel ist einfach, neu oder zumindest neu renoviert ohne Schnick Schnack. Ibis Style. Zentral gelegen. Die Hauptmeile und der Strand können gut in ca. 200 Meter erreicht werden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Bett und Inhalt inkl. Matratzen tiptop. Frühstück zweckmässig aber sehr gut und für uns völlig genügend. Parkplatzgelegenheit gegeben aber sehr limitiert. Wir raten bei Anfahrt mit dem Auto vorgängig einen PP zu reservieren.

классный европейский отель. Отличный персонал, комфортный номер. Красивый бассейн. рядом есть парковка стоимость около 12 евро в сутки. Рядом магазинчики и не очень далеко до пляжа. Интересный вараинт за свои деньги.

A pleasant stay with excellent service and some areas for improvement
Pros:

The hotel is pleasant and generally very clean. The management and reception teams are extremely kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to guests’ needs. The swimming pool is excellent, and the location is very convenient. Although the hotel is not directly on the beachfront, it is located just behind the International Hotel, which makes it a quieter option while still offering easy access to the main road if you decide to visit Varna city. The birthday gesture was a lovely and much-appreciated touch.
Overall, we appreciated the hospitality, the efforts of the management and reception teams, and the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.

Cons:

The beds were extremely soft, which had a significant impact on sleep quality. I contacted reception, and the mattress was replaced; however, the replacement mattress was still quite soft and did not fully resolve the issue. Nevertheless, I truly appreciate the team’s willingness to help and the effort made to find a solution, which I consider very important.
Each guest was provided with only one towel and one pillow, and the toilet paper was not replenished. Once we requested additional supplies, they were provided promptly, but ideally these details should be taken care of proactively.
On some mornings, when arriving at the breakfast restaurant, we found several empty bowls and dishes at the buffet that had not yet been replenished. Additionally, during closing time, while guests were still present at the buffet and near the coffee stations, the restaurant staff started clearing the buffet area quite quickly and turned off the coffee and beverage stations. This did not feel particularly welcoming or professional and is an area where the hotel could improve.

Pros:

Śniadania bardzo smaczne, każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Pokoje dobrej wielkości, balkony super, wygodne łóżka. Czysto, schludnie, nowocześnie. Świetny, duży basen. Wysoka jakość Le żaków, fantastyczna obsługa recepcyjne, kelnerka. Winda. Okolica dość spokojna, blisko do plaży. Cały zgiełk i hałas w pierwszej linii brzegowej.

Cons:

Jedyny minus- nie było muzyki przy basenie. Lepiej się wypoczywa jak w tle coś spokojnego leci. Więcej wieszaków w łazience.

Unerwartet kompfortabel, sauber und Freundlich - Ferien vom Feinsten
Pros:

Top erneuertes Hotel, sauber und modern. Sehr freundliches Personal - sehr gutes, vielseitiges und reichhaltiges Frühstück wo man auch Sonderwünsche äußern kann.
Sauberer Pool mit Service an die Liege. Handtücher, die man auch an den nahegelegenen Strand mitnehmen kann.
Ganztägig kleine Speisen zu guten Preisen verfügbar.

Cons:

Alles war für uns perfekt, zumal ich auf Krücken angewiesen war!

Wonderfull
Pros:

Great hotell. We booked 4 rooms, and travelled with our 1 year old. Very kind and helpfull personell. Clean pool. The rooms were clean. Nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was very nice. We got a baby crib and they had baby chairs in the restaurant. Central location in Golden Sands, with several supermarkets nearby. Short walk to the beach. Reasonable price and good value for the money. All inn all very nice stay and would come here again.

Cons:

Noise and music from the neighbour hotell is the only negative point.
