- prise en charge mediocre , on vous guide pas pour trouver votre chambre nous avions deux enfants avec nous et il faisait nuit .
-on a changé ma reservation .

Pas bon.
Pros:

chambre spacieuse avec micro-onde, les dames à l'accueil très gentilles et la dame qui a fait notre chambre très gentille. Pas loin du centre et beaucoup de commerces pas loin. Tu avais utilisé l'application non?

Cons:

Bâtiment un peu ancien, pas comme sur les photos booking (sûrement utilisé IA pour les images?).
Chambre spacieuse certes mais sale, avec une poubelle cachée dans le placard qui puait, fenêtres très sales, literie pas très propre et draps pas repassés.
La chasse d'eau dans les toilettes ne fonctionnait pas, il fallait dont utiliser la poubelle pour prendre de l'eau de la baignoire er verser dans les toilettes. Le lendemain une des réceptionnistes, très gentille, voulait appeler quelqu'un pour arranger cela mais nous partions déjà.
Mauvaise odeur dans l'ascenseur. En gros si vous voulez un coin bien propre, ce ne serait pas l'endroit.

Breakfast was good with many options with hot and cold along with beverages.
The hotel staff were helpful, accommodating, good listening, kind, understanding with a smile 😃
Thank you and great work everyone.
The hot tub was so lovely and the pool was a little chilly but once you got in and swam around it got better. Towels in the pool area with chairs and tables. Our beds and pillows were comfortable - loved them.
This Holiday Inn is worth it close to more than one gas station, shopping, other hotels and restaurants..Plus, this area is not far from the 401. Easy access.

Good staff, unfortunate circumstances

Staff were all great, very polite and kind

Cons:

Didn't like that every night I could hear either the persons TV on from the next room or the microwave opening and closing or them just shouting past 10 pm
