A Stay of Pluses and Minuses
Pros:

Nice enough place to stay, convenient to the university, if that's what you're looking for. The common areas provide some nice options.

Cons:

I booked a single room, so I knew what I signed up for, yet I would have liked a bit more. Choosing to have the bed so high was an odd choice. While AC control right next to bed was convenient, it shined brightly in your face all night. A luggage rack or some place to put your bag would have been appreciated. "New" towel in the room was damp on arrival. Overall I expected a bit more for the moderate price.

Slightly better than dorms but not really a hotel
Pros:

It's cute and close to campus and has parking, but it's more like dorms than a hotel

Cons:

The bed is extremely high, there is no table or a chair in the room and no fridge. The space is comfortable but small. Some rooms are located right in the lobby and are very noisy given that the place functions as a bar until 10pm. The stuff doesn't really enforce the quiet time after 10 pm. I was downstairs where the rooms are relatively far away and quiet. There is a steep climb to either campus or down town

Pros:

A really great theme and room. Lovely staff and nice amenities, although would have been good to have our own complimentary tea/coffee/snacks in the room given the cost of the room.

Cons:

The panel for the Aircon was on constantly with a bright light. Couldn't work out how to switch it off so I covered it with pillow. That has not affected my scoring.

cute place would recommend.
Pros:

This is a great little hotel. I had a different hotel overbook me and the Dorm Hotel had a room available that night. Great little place to stay.

Cons:

You are still very close to other dorm houses. Don't be surprised if you hear the neighbors. It's still a college neighborhood but that is the charm. If it really bothers you, keep the windows closed.

Good for Ithaca College and Cornell University
Pros:

The facilities, staff, and room were exceptional!

Cons:

Close to Cornell, and my daughter's graduation was in Ithaca. Location was off but not out of control.

You must try this unique hotel for yourself.
Pros:

Love this hotel! A wonderfully unique experience. Designed to bring your memories back to living in a dorm room, but comfortable and clean 😆. Cute decorations and comfy beds. The pour yourself bar with local beers , wines and ciders was lovely. The shared "common room" was warm and inviting. Can't wait to stay here again.

Cons:

We extended our stay and the lady said she updated our key cards, but at midnight that extended night they no longer worked! We were locked out and had to call the overnight help to let us in. He was quick and polite.
