夕食アルコールドリンクの提供を一人でやっていたが時間がかかりすぎ待たされた。
エレベーターが来るのが遅い。

Pros:

ジュニアスイートに家族4人で宿泊。部屋は清潔で広さも十分でした。

Cons:

ビュッフェが売りのホテルのようですが、時間を指定しても席に案内されるまで30分。施設のキャパシティが不足しているのは明らか。ビュッフェのクオリティも微妙で、個人的に再訪はないかと思います。

Excellent hotel with excellent & well maintained rooms and facilities.
Pros:

The hotel and onsen infrastructure were relatively new, well maintained and very comfortable. The size of the room were generous and spacious. The breakfast and dinner were outstanding.

Cons:

The location of the hotel is slightly out of the way from Hakodate city center, but it was not an issue for us with a rental car.

조식 훌륭하고 시설 깔끔합니다.

Cons:

하코다테가 시골이다보니 호텔근처에 둘러볼거리가 별로 없었어요. 그래도 식물원 원숭이가 소소하게 즐거움을 주었네요.
