チェックイン時に予約した名前を伝えたが、フロントの人に「名簿にない」と言われた。
フルネームで詳しく探してもらった結果、自分の苗字が間違って伝わっていた。
恐らく、ネット予約の名前を手書きのリストに写した際の書き損じだと思うが、チェックインに非常に時間がかかったので、手書きの宿泊者リストは辞めるべき。
部屋は値段相応です。
