Staff made our holiday!
Pros:

BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD, ALL STAFF IN THE HOTEL WERE FANTASTIC. VERY WELCOMING.

Cons:

Loud music from the park across from the hotel at 4.45 am until about 6.00 am

Hallway - sometimes there was a bad smell!

We stayed two nights at the Grand Gosia Hotel in Nha Trang. Overall, it was a pleasant stay considering the price. The highlight was definitely the beautiful view from our room with a stunning view of the sea. The location was also convenient and the stay was generally comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel facilities felt a bit older and could benefit from some updates, especially if you are used to newer or more modern hotels. The reception staff were correct but rarely greeted guests, which made the welcome feel a little less warm. One morning we were also woken up by an alarm ringing continuously in the corridor, which was not very pleasant.

オーシャンビューのお部屋素晴らしい！
Pros:

景色がとても綺麗です。
ヴィンパールランドも近く便利です。

Cons:

朝早くからホテル前の公園での大音量の音楽が流れています。これが何よりも不快でした。
それ以外は特に気になる点はありません。

Will not stay at this hotel again .

Cons:

The room we booked on booking.com was a triple room mean three beds . But when we checked in they gave us a regular room and they squeeze in ăn extra bed that look like a hospital bed very unprofessional looking and so it was blocking our way walking to and from the balcony :( no good I was charge for a triple beds room. But got a regular two bed but add on a terrible bed 🥵

Lễ tân giữ CCCD của tôi trong suốt quá trình ở tại khách sạn làm tôi thấy không được an tâm vì điều này có thể nói là trái pháp luật VN. Nhân viên buồng phòng trong suốt thời gian ở tại khách sạn không chủ động dọn phòng và thay đồ mới cho tôi dù có yêu cầu dọn dẹp phòng trong khoảng thời gian gia đình chúng tôi ăn buffet sáng trong 2 ngày, chỉ khi tôi yêu cầu trực tiếp đến lễ tân thì mới đc thay khăn tắm và khăn mặt. Vấn đề tiếp theo là vệ sinh phòng lúc tôi nhận phòng không được sạch sẽ, tôi có thể thấy dấu giày của khách trước vẫn còn in trên sàn nhà lúc mới vào nhận phòng (có thể là do tôi nhận phòng sớm hơn dự kiến nên không kịp để nhân viên dọn phòng sạch sẽ). Vấn đề cuối cùng làm tôi thấy trải nghiệm chưa hoàn hảo là việc đèn ban công ở phòng 705 bị hỏng làm việc ngắm nhìn thành phố vào ban đêm không được tốt và điện thoại bàn lúc đầu tôi không thể sử dụng được một lúc, có thể là do nhân viên sơ ý lúc dọn dẹp làm dây mạng kết nối với điện thoại bị nới lỏng ra. Tôi xin phép không đăng hình ảnh vì có thể sẽ làm ảnh hưởng đến khách sạn.

- Phòng sạch sẽ, thoáng rộng, view đẹp, ưng
- Vị trí tiện đi ra biển luôn
- Bữa sáng ăn ngon, gia đình mình ưng đồ ăn sáng ở đó, cả đồ Âu và Việt
- Dịch vụ bể bơi, lễ tân mọi thứ mình thấy khá ok.
- Ưng nhất cái view, sáng dậy thấy luôn biển, có cả cầu vồng

Cons:

- Giường bí nóng, nhà mình có em bé, mượn quạt nhưng ko có, điều hòa đáp ứng chưa phù hợp nếu gia đình có em bé
- Cách âm cực kỳ kém, phòng bên rung cái điện thoại thôi cũng nghe thấy
- Đôi khi bể bơi hết khăn tắm phải chủ động mang xuống
