Pros:

Very nice brand new hotel. Separate desk/work ares that could be divided so if you had a partner in bed you wouldn't disturb them while you worked. The TV swivled out so you could see it from the bed. Very big room with a nice couch. Beautiful property with a great sitting/gathering area outside.

Cons:

Fridge was small but that's really my only complaint other than being pretty expensive. I've stayed in some cheaper places that were just as nice IMO.

Overall my stay was good.
Pros:

The hotel and my room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The mattress was a little hard. I like my room cleaned every day. I did a two stay and I thought my room would be cleaned the next morning after my first night. I left early that morning and stay out until evening. I was surprised to see an unmade bed, the used towels still on the bathroom floor. I had to ask for clean towels and pick them up at front desk.

Pros:

I throughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly. I was able to check-in early and the breakfast was inclusive to those who don’t eat pork sausage. I would totally recommend this property to anyone!

Great for long term or short stays
Pros:

Booked this hotel as a stopover on our road trip between Orlando, FL and Buffalo, NY. It did not disappoint. Easy access to the thruway, friendly and helpful staff, many food choices nearby, and an excellent room set up for our family of four. Loved having the TV and couch with some separation from the beds. This allowed us to watch tv together after putting the kids to bed, which was an unexpected treat. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again and will look for other Springhill Suites for future family adventures.

Cons:

The bathrooms were a bit hard to find when in the lobby (they are hiding in a hall past the elevators). Could be helped with some clear signage.

The hotel was conveniently located and is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but I wouldn’t recommend for those looking
