Yalo has a easy to reach underground car park, address: Vlaanderenstraat 26 (this is not the address of the hotel). Do not put the hotel address in your GPS to reach the car park since you will not be able to reach the parking then. The Ghent City center is a low emission zone. If you want to reach the hotel (and parking) it is required to register your car on the website of the city (exception for cars registered in Belgium and the Netherlands). If you don't register you might get fined.

Very poor management , no leadership skills staff has not been trained properly for this status of restaurant that is considered a boutique hotel

The location was great, short walk to the main areas, lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
Parking on site is good and very convenient under the hotel.

This hotel met all of our needs exceptionally well. We were two women traveling together for fun. The room was comfortable, it had good air conditioning! The breakfast was great. We stayed for about a week, and never ran out of good options for breakfast. Love that we could get robes and slippers. We enjoyed the roof top bar and the lobby bar both. Staff were kind and helpful. The location was excellent - right off the tram line. It was centrally located, but not so much so that it was noisy. Easily walkable to the more touristy areas of town. Super easy to get to the train station via tram.
I really have no complaints. They were having issues with one of the elevators while we were there, but even that didn't cause any problems. We didn't have to wait long for an elevator ever.
