Exzellentes Hotel, äusserst nette Mitarbeiter, fantastische Zimmer mit sehr gemütlichen Betten.
Alle Wünsche werden nach Möglichkeit erfüllt.

Everything was great. The staff and facilities are exceptional as well as the location. The breakfast was great and is served in the stunning Cova dining hall with amazing staff. We look forward to our stay in the future.

Cons:

Все понравилось . Останавливаюсь в отеле третий раз . Берем по 2 номера . Поэтому я расчитывала, что могу получить upgrade .

До этого мы два раза жили на Мезанин этаже , бам высокие потолки и города зло больше места для нас . Так как мы все высокие по 2 метра . Но нас разместили на 4 этажа , где комнаты с низкими потолками и очень маленькие шкафы .

Я думаю , отель должен предлагать свои « частым « клиентам номера большего размера и более уютные .

Pros:

We stayed at Matild Palace for 3 nights and had an excellent experience. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with modern technology and great attention to detail, even the shower was perfect. We also enjoyed the beautiful city views from the rooftop bar.

The location is outstanding for exploring Budapest. While the hotel is not inexpensive, it is absolutely worth the price. We would gladly stay here again.

Matild palace was an exceptional place to stay. Everyone remembered your name and was so very helpful. The room was beautiful and high tech. Don't forget to visit the roof top bar so beautiful and great views of the Danube River. Such a luxurious experience.
