Soggiorno eccellente
Pros:

Il palazzo è stupendo, le camere grandi e confortevoli, la King in cui ho alloggiato aveva vista sull esterno un letto enorme e molto comoda! Il locale Cova, storico milanese, abbinato all hotel è eccezionale, la colazione è superba così come l accoglienza e la bellezza del posto. Tuttavia credo che 50/60 euro a persona per la colazione siano davvero una esagerazione…se fai colazione in 2 ogni giorno, paghi più di colazione che di soggiorno. Poi dipende cosa mangi….per noi che siamo moderati oggettivamente non sensato. Comunque una volta per provare vale la pena.

Cons:

Da italiana ho trovato alcuni dettagli che in un 5 stelle, dovrebbero essere diversi…il profumo per ambienti quando entri…investire su una fragranza più prestigiosa, sembrava un profumo da discount. La moquette nei corridoi delle stanze…..una scelta di stile incomprensibile, sembra quella di un hotel anni 70 di montagna a 3 stelle, cozza con tutto il resto. Personale dell house Keeping, gentili ed educati….ma non preparatissimi, il primo giorno siamo usciti alle 11 e alle 17 quando siamo rientrati la stanza non era stata fatta…poi sono venute a chiederci se potevano farla in quel momento perché si erano scordate…quando noi avremmo solo voluto rilassarci mezz’ora. Sono tornate più tardi. Però da un 5 stelle mi aspetto un servizio più “perfetto”
