La peor experiencia de mi vida
Pros:

Fui víctima de agresión verbal por parte de la persona encargada de el lobby. Prácticamente me sacó del hotel sin yo poder continuar con mi reserva. Pésimo servicio.

También llamó a la policía y le dio mis datos para que yo me fuera de lugar. No me dejó quedar en el hotel. Perdí mi dinero. Necesito que abran un caso con esa persona que me atendió en el hotel y que me devuelvan mi dinero, son unos ladrones, voy a demandar a la empresa

Pros:

I loved the location. We were going to Great America and it was less than a 15 min drive. There are bars and restaurants and coffee shops across the street. Perfect to grab coffee n breakfast in the am and a drink in the pm. Iregiment the Mexican restaurant at the corner, amazing food and service. I reserved the 2 beds room. It was huge. Seemed fairly clean. It did have a wall closet thing with pegs n hangers to hang clothes. An iron and ironing board, and blow dryer. The walk in shower was a nice size. The sink and mirror was nice. I felt the beds were very comfortable, and I slept well. The TV seemed difficult to turn on and get to the channels, so once I did, I left the TV on. And there were so many channels. Staff was very nice, informative, and helpful.

Cons:

While the room seemed clean, I went to get the ice bin to go get ice, took off the lid and there was some gooey stuff under the lid. I thought, no big deal I'll just room it under hot water and clean it. But whatever it was didn't melt and wouldn't wipe away. I also noticed there was leftover water in the coffee chamber. So I rinsed it and filled it and ran it through a couple times. The biggest issue I had was that while there was an ironing board, there was absolutely no outlet nearby to even try to iron. I had to iron on the second bed with the outlet near. Also my daughter had a single bed room with her boyfriend. It was TINY. I don't think I've sever seen a hotel room so small. I would come here again, but only in the 2 beds room. Oh and small windows.

Pros:
