Mauvaise isolation, très bruyant.
Humidité.
Produit utiliser pour « nettoyer » laissait une odeur de moisi.
Sale, chaque fois que la femme de ménage venait « nettoyeur » elle ne faisait qu’étaler la saleté au sol. Nous avons demandé le nettoyage de notre chambre un jour, la femme de ménage n’est pas passée, suite à une plainte à la réception, on m’a simplement tendu une serpillière (donc inutile).

Les personnes à l'accueil étaient très aimables.

Cons:

La salle de bain et la chambre en général sont vieilles. Mais le lit était confortable et propre. Il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans notre chambre qui donnait sur la 5ieme avenue. Les photos sont plus belles que la réalité.

El peor hotel en el que me he hospedado. Lleno de cucarachas, todo en la habitación estaba viejo y en mal estado, todo muy sucio, todos los días que estuve ahí no dejó de oler a drenaje la habitación, la regadera no funcionaba, las camas y toallas super sucias, no hicieron limpieza en la habitación (las cucarachas aplastadas se quedaron ahí todo el tiempo porque no las limpiaron nunca), además la zona es super ruidosa. Tan mala fue mi experiencia que tuve que irme antes porque ya no aguantaba ese lugar, de verdad si tienen la oportunidad de hospedarse ahí desaprovechenla, está horrible. Además el personal es cero accesible y te ponen mil requisitos para prestarte una plancha de ropa o una secadora de cabello.

Cons:

pieza era muy distinta a lo que ofrecían en las fotos. Tenía fuerte olor a humedad, no había vasos, frazadas (pasé frío), ni utensilios básicos como cucharas. Las toallas estaban viejas y no había cocina, hervidor ni microondas para calentar comida para mi bebé. El baño además se inundaba porque el agua se salía. Muy mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo

Vacanza playa del Carmen

La struttura è carina all'interno la piscina circondata dal verde la camera veramente spaziosa con 2 letti a una piazza e mezza comodi buon materasso,le pulizie giornaliere buone appendendo il cartello fuori porta stanza.
Il frigorifero dopo una decina di giorni perdeva acqua e non refrigerava e in giornata è stato sostituito con altro funzionante dopo richiesta in reception (siamo rimasti 14 notti) quindi nel complesso il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono.
La posizione in una traversa della 5 avenue dove ci sono i negozi, ristoranti, bar, gelaterie e mille farmacie ogni 20 metri. La spiaggia dove andavamo Mamitta poco distante dall'hotel è grande e carina, purtroppo le alghe sargassi sono una realtà costante ma c'è un servizio locale che si adopera per rimuoverle di frequente
