Amazing experience!!!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The hotel was spotless, and everything was exceptionally clean throughout our stay. Our room was modern, spacious, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation.
One of the highlights was the entertainment team and the wide variety of activities organized every day. There was always something fun to do, and we never had a chance to feel bored. The team did an outstanding job creating a great atmosphere for guests of all ages.
The food was absolutely delicious, with a great selection of fresh and tasty dishes at every meal.
Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would love to come back!

helt okej! men när man betalar dessa summor så tycker jag att dom kunde lösa rum på samma plan.
Pros:

Väldigt bra utbud på mat. Även barerna hade bra utbud på drinkar. Städpersonalen var fantastisk, trevliga och väldigt bra städat.

Cons:

Vi bokade i december, 2 st familjerum Swimup! När Vi kom i juni så kunde vi inte få rum bredvid varandra, även om jag skickade meddelande till dom via WhatsApp samt mail. Jag tycker det är uselt att dom inte kunde lösa rum på samma plan ens.

حجزت غرفة سرير كبير مع سرير مفرد مع مسبح خاص وطلبت ان تكون الغرفة في طابق مرتفع مع أطلاله جميله لكني اتفاجأ باعطائي غرفة بسرير كبير واحد والمسبح زاوية ضيقة تطل على المطعم وعندما رفضت الغرفه أخبرتني موظفة الاستقبال ان الفندق محجوز بالكامل ولا توجد غرفه اخرى وعندما حاججتها بوجود غرف معروضه للحجز في موقع booking اصرت على رايها بعدم التوفر فقلت لها اذن سوف احجز غرفه جديده وسوف ارى ماذا سوف تعطيني ومن أين إذا كان الفندق محجوز بالكامل وكذلك قلت لها أنا سوف اترك الفندق وابعث شكوى إلى booking
مما اضطرها لتغير الغرفه إلى غرفه طبيعيه تتطابق مع ما حجزت ،

المصاعد ضيقه وتتأخر كثير ، المطعم ضيق هناك الكثير من الفنادق اجمل والطف منه

اقامة سيئة مما اضطرني إلى ترك ليلة كاملة من مجموع ثلاث ليالي والعوده لأنني كرهت الفندق

لم احب هذا الأسلوب لا انصح بالفندق ولا ارغب بالعوده له مجددا

Pros:

Am avut cameră cu piscina de la balcon . Spectaculoasă priveliște!

Cons:

Se poate îmbunătăți mesele, aproape același feluri de mâncare seară de seară, masa de dimineață se așteaptă mult după o omletă sau un ou ochi ..etc.
