Services rendered by Syahmi and Jacky are excellent. Rooms and foods provided are top notch. Kudos to them and the team.

Cons:

Lack of TV Channels and streaming apps (like Netflix or YouTube). Also, while the hotel user interface is useful, it sometimes got crashed while watching a TV Channel.

Always a pleasure returning here. The staff are impeccable and friendly, the location is excellent, and the rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. A stay that never disappoints.
