Comfortable hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Room is sufficiently good sized for 2 pax
Easy access from carpark if you drive

Cons:

Basically none but definitely need to drive

Pros:

Customer service was great. Room was comfortable. Near to a mall.

Cons:

1) There was no water tumbler in room for fetching of water from the water station.

2) Room 705 by the table at the windows - There was an old piece of clothing or cloth probably left behind by previous guest. House keeping did not realize / remove.

Cons:

A booking with 3+1 pax, but given a cookie. In the end, we adults have it to the child. Is the cookie very expensive?

Great.
Pros:

Variety of food for breakfast was great. Nasi lemak rice by itself, lacks flavour. Ikan bilis too salty and too hard for me. Seating arrangement at breakfast kind of tight. Love the beer promotion at the bar. Overall, a good experience.

Friendly staff, decent nearby mall, and consistently commendable service.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, and although the hotel is not located in the heart of the city, there is a nearby mall with decent restaurants and shops to keep you occupied if you choose not to venture out of the area.

Cons:

There is nothing I dislike. The staff should continue maintaining the excellent standard of service they currently provide.

Pros:

Near to Legoland. Room is generally clean with friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room was not ready when we check in late. Manager understands our frustration when the kids wannt to check in and rest. Helping to expedite the check in.
