Cons:

We booked and paid for 5 rooms for 10 people through booking. One person could not come. An additional €370 was charged. We did not ask to change rooms. Unprofessional, incorrect. They left a worker at the reception who knows nothing but his own language to communicate. Even on google translate, he failed to explain to us why we paid extra. Bad experience and scam

Prime location. Great pool with view and great bartenders. Staff is kind and helpful. The family room is very spacious. There was a power outage in the area but this hotel was not affected since they have a power generator so that was a win. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Cons:

There are stairs upon entering the hotel. Didn’t love that they didn’t have a bell person to help bring up the luggage from the bottom of the stairs up to reception. That would be helpful when one has multiple luggage and small children to attend to.

Wonderful stay - we would definitely come back!
Pros:

The location is fantastic – very close to the town center and the beach, with everything easily reachable on foot. The hotel itself has a beautiful sea view. In summer, breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the sea, which makes for a perfect start to the day.

We stayed in a Junior Suite, and we really loved it. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean, with a beautiful sea view. Having such a large room and waking up to that view every morning was simply wonderful.

The pool area and bar are also very nice, and you have a beautiful view of the sea from many areas of the hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained throughout our stay.

All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We would especially like to mention the breakfast staff, who were always very friendly and attentive. They really made us feel welcome every morning.

We also had dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel. We tried several restaurants in town during our stay, but this one was definitely our favorite.

We also booked a parking space for €10 per day, which was very convenient and made things much easier for us.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt very comfortable from the beginning. A beautiful hotel, great location, wonderful sea views and very friendly staff.
