Een fantastisch resort dat het terugkomen zeker waard is!
Pros:

De uitermate goede service van het personeel dat altijd voor je klaar staat. De accomodatie waar geen slecht woord over te zeggen is en echt perfect is. Het park wordt zeer goed onderhouden elke dag weer door vele personeelsleden. Verder de zee op een paar meter afstand het ontbijt wat fantastisch was.

Needs alot of improvements
Pros:

Ok concept but they dragged it too far to have toilets in almost open space, which gives room for insects.
The rooms were not fully isolated, which made it hot and fear of insects. I heard other guests complaining about lizard in the room. I changed the hotel after a night (I had paid for 2 nights). I asked for an iron at 12 and received it by 2 pm after calling several times. Due to that I was late to my trip too.

Amazing place
Pros:

Naprosto uzasny resort v dzungli, pri zachováni souladu s prirodou. Nadhetne apartmany, vsechny sluzby uzasne, snidane excelentni, personal skvely, obvzlast Mr. Ocean. Milueme tam vse a chteli bychom tam bydlet navzdy :)

Cons:

Neni co vytknout. Cokoliv bylo potreba, ve vsem nam vysli vstric.

Beautiful week spent at the Ocean Bay resort, Phu Quoc!
Pros:

Beautiful resort conveniently located just a 20 min drive from little Venice and its own little stretch of the coast. We loved our ocean breeze bungalow and all the staff were friendly, warm and welcoming.

We’d love to try the sister resort next time (Grand Ocean Bay) as it looks like a new build and stunning facilities.

A very special setting
Pros:

The setting at Ocean Bay is very special, with its own beach and dining pier, as well as large infinity pool and garden surrounds. Quality of food was excellent, including an expansive breakfast buffet catering for a wide range of preferences, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Morning yoga sessions and spa massage services were also excellent. The dining experience on the pier is pretty hard to beat. This was my second visit to Ocean Bay and it didn't disapoint.

Some good points but some major flaws also
Pros:

Nice resort style accomodation with a great jetty for sunset . Breakfast was fair to good , staff were nice and friendly , prices fair

Cons:

I had some major problems with the room , an outside bathroom sounded great but we were attacked by mosquitos and bugs for 6 days. I feel like I was living in a jungle. The entrance and paths to the rooms are dimly lit and can not be accessed without using your phone light. This is a major problem .

Pros:

This is one of the best places where I have ever stayed. I loved the balance between the down to earth local ambiance, luxury, and excellent hospitality from Mr. Ocean and his wonderful team.

Cons:

Shower taps could be easier to operate.

Ocean Bay combines natural beauty with outstanding service, creating a place we would happily return to.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Bay Resort. The beachfront setting is beautiful, the villas are charming, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing.

During our stay, we experienced a minor issue with our room, but what impressed us most was the professionalism and genuine care shown by the staff in resolving it. Ms. Hue from Guest Relations was especially attentive and ensured we were comfortable and well looked after.

Ocean Bay’s staff showed genuine care, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality, and for that we are very grateful.

Pros:

The best of Vietnam. We have such a good time there. Location is amazing, infrastructure and facilities are very nice. Staff is the best you can find in hospitality. Mr. Kyle, was our roster and I can't belive how amazing he was with us. He was one of the plus of out stay there. Beache front and very good pool for relaxing. Definitely recommend 👌
