Pros:

Food, pool, staff were excellent. Accommodation was terrific. Beautiful bathroom.

Cons:

The bar advertised “happy hour - buy one cocktail, get one free”. When we paid for the drinks, the barman said “it was only standard cocktails and not premium cocktails”, which we had and we had to pay for all drinks. This did not correspond with the signage.

Traumurlaub an einem Traumort
Pros:

Das Resort liegt an einem sehr schönen Strandabschnitt, es sind den ganzen Tag genug (Schatten)Liegen frei oder werden immer wieder frei. Die Bungalows sind sehr gemütlich, wir hatten Zimmer 34, eine Art Baumhaus mit Freiluft-Badezimmer, das Housekeeping hat extrem diskret tolle Arbeit geleistet.
Das Personal ist in der ganzen Anlage absolut süß und freundlich, besonders wollen wir uns bei Vincent bedanken, der mit seiner ansteckenden guten Laune und seinem zuvorkommenden Service unseren Urlaub noch ein Stückchen mehr nach Urlaub hat anfühlen lassen. Beim Frühstück wurden wir als Veganer jeden Morgen besonders verwöhnt und uns wurde auf Wunsch eine Phô oder Papayasalat frisch zubereitet. Zusätzlich gibt’s am Buffet eine täglich wechselnde vegane Auswahl. Die Preise an der Pool- und Minibar sind zwar für vietnamesische Verhältnisse ein wenig teurer, aber für europäische Preise sehr preiswert. Ein Bier aus der Minibar umgerechnet 1,16€, eine Kokosnuss an der Poolbar 3,15€.
Außerhalb der Anlage kann man jeden Abend in einem anderen Restaurant lecker Essen gehen, die Auswahl ist groß. Ebenso sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Wasser oder Snacks fußläufig erreichbar.
Alles in allem ein absolut erholsamer Urlaub an einem wunderschönen Ort.

Cons:

Da fällt mir wenig ein…das einzige was man vielleicht erwähnen kann, dass durch die Lage des Strandes viele Passanten am Tag vorbeikommen, die einen Strandspaziergang machen. Aber das war nicht wirklich störend.

It turned out to be a disappointment.
Pros:

We loved the location and the friendly staff. Although the breakfast food was good, the experience was dampened by the heat and mosquitoes in the open-air dining room.

Cons:

The resort is currently under heavy constructions with bulldozers and tractors operating at the property (see pictures) . According to the management at reception, this was a planned project. I would have expected the resort to inform guests in advance, as most hotels do, so that we could have considered canceling or rescheduling our reservation ( I wonder what else they hide). They offered to move us to another room, but obviously this did not resolve the issue. Many other guests were also complaining about the situation.

The beach and the pool are dirty (See pictures ), and there were very few seats available around the pool area, leaving guests with limited options to relax comfortably while the lobby which is attached to the pool was under constructions too ( see pictures)

The rooms are poorly maintained and full of mosquitoes. While the outdoor bathroom concept could have been enjoyable, it instead felt like stepping into a mosquito habitat. In addition, adjusting the hot and cold water was extremely difficult.

The WiFi signal was also very weak and unreliable.

I had a fantastic stay at Ocean Bay, my room was upgraded upon arrival and the staff made sure my entire stay was extremely pleasent. The room was fantastic and the proximity to the beach was exactly what we wanted. extremely happy with my stay here

Pros:

Tout était au point de l'arrivée au check-out.
+ Le staff était gentil, accueillant, disponible et serviable. Je tiens à les remercier tous, notamment M. Ocean et Mme Phung.
+ La masseuse qui s'est occupée de moi tout mon séjour a été formidable. J'ai essayé toute la carte et tous les massages étaient magnifiques ! Prenez le Spa package, vous ne le regretterez pas !
+ Ma villa (merci pour l'upgrade) était sublissime ! Petit plus avec sa piscine privative beachfront qui me permettait de me relaxer tous les jours, loin de tout.

Bungalow jungle très bien , confortable, non loin de la plage , appel du véhicule pour venir vous chercher pour le petit déjeuner, qui est très complet. climatisation, moustiquaire, personnel très agréable et aux petits soins . Piscine très belle et propre , belle vue sur mer.

Cons:

Qu'on ait payé le taxi de l'aéroport jusqu'à l'hôtel qu'alors qu'il y a une navette qui s'y rend tous les deux heures. Manque de communication par rapport à cela . Il y a donc une navette pour l'arrivée et le départ vers l'aéroport ☺️ Les toilettes et douches font parties de la chambres mais sont l'air ambiant de l'extérieur, cela fait bizarre d'être (dehors) quand votre chambre est climatisée.

Pros:

Hue checked us in with a very warm welcome and gave us her WhatsApp. She was at hand to help with all of our needs and was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and in a lovely location on a quiet beach with a small town nearby.

Cons:

The outdoor bathroom is a great novelty, but if you go out at night to use it, you will get bitten a lot. Also, we had no hot water, but that didn't matter as it was 35 degrees every day, and a cool shower was welcome.
