A highly recommended hotel.
Pros:

The room is spacious, the breakfast noodle pho is delicious, the staff provide excellent service, and the location is very close to the train station.

Cons:

The carpet cleanliness could be improved, but overall we are very satisfied.

Enjoyable and worth it
Pros:

located in the Old Quarter, which was charming. The staff/owner(s) are very helpful and friendly. They are always ready to help. When checked out we were allowed to store our bagage and stay in the restaurant. They even offered us fresh cut pineapple <3

Cons:

There was construction on the 6th floor. But that was nothung they really could do anything about. It was also announced on a paper in the elevator.

Lokacija je odlična, sobe su čiste, uredne i normalne veličine. Osoblje je iznimno ljubazno i stalno na usluzi. Čitala sam prethodne recenzije o buci, ali ja nisam ništa tako doživjela.
