أنا حجزت في هذا الفندق لوجود المطاعم الخارجيه المميزه بالرياض وتم اختيار هذا الفندق لاننا كنا سوف نستخدم المطاعم لعده اجتماعات ونحن ساكنين بالفندق ولكن فوجئنا بان المطاعم الخارجيه مغلقه و تركنا الفندق في اليوم الثاني رغم اننا طلبنا الاستقبال اعاده المبلغ لليله الثانيه ولكنهم رفضو رغم باني أنا دفعت عندهم بالفندق والحجز كان من بوكنج وأفهمتهم انتم استلمتم المبلغ إذا رغبتم خصم عموله بوكنج واعاده باقي القيمه الليله الثانيه
