Top geführtes Hotel im Arena-Gebäude
Pros:

Sehr modernes und gleichzeitig gemütliches Interieur. Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Tolles Frühstücksbüffet mit großer Auswahl. Sehr freundliches Personal. Rooftop-Bar mit Sauna.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist Teil der Arena. Wenn keine Veranstaltungen sind, wirkt die Umgebung gespenstisch.

Viihtyisä huone, mutta aamupala jätti toivomisen varaa.
Pros:

Huone oli erinomainen kolmelle henkilölle. Kaikille oma hyvä vuode. Sauna oli mukava yllätys. Vastaanoton henkilö jaksoi hyvin ja selkeästi selittää käytänteet, kuten hissi, auton parkki, aamupala jne. Aamiaisen sisältö oli hyvä.

Cons:

Aamupala oli kaaos. Siitä jäinkokonaisuudessaan huonot fiilikset. Jouduimme istumaan erillään koska paikkoja ei ollut. Aamupalalla oli liikaa ihmisiä eikä se ollut kenenkään hallinnassa.

Very disappointed.
Pros:

Nothing especially. However the hotel is well decorated and the ambience is scandi and sophisticated.

Cons:

Very busy, staff rude at times and ineffective at others. Felt ignored whilst waiting to dine / have a drink, to the point where we gave up and went somewhere else.
