Excellent property, highly recommended.
Pros:

Perfect location for Ratina park. Rooms were normal European size, clean, bed was comfortable and the shower pressure great.
Special note for breakfast; it was plentiful, fresh, and tasty. The staff was excellent, no dirty dishes left standing and coffee was served to your table if wanted. A+

Cons:

Once you figured out the elevator system, everything was great.
