Pros:

Alt var bra - 10 av 10, med ett unntak: senga var god å ligge i, men med et stort minus for den som ligger innerst, som må kravle over den andre for å gå på do om natta.

Superceed previous review, which was meant for another property.
Pros:

We like the layout of the 1 bed room apartment, heated floor in the bath room. Few mins walk to Bus stop(infront of Thon hotel) to airport and Pulpit rock.
They coffe capsule but without milk for the morning. Would be nice if they provide milk capsule too.

Cons:

I cant really comment on staff , we dont really have interaction with them.
I cannot give a full 10 for cleaniness for below :
Do not like trash bag left at the entrance.
Washing machine dispenser was not cleaned.
Previous guest had left lots of detergent powder in the fabric softener compartment.

Beautiful apartment but noisy location
Pros:

Beautiful apartment. Centrally located. Lots of amenities on doorstep. Comfortable bed & lovely shower.

Cons:

Very hot and warm. Had to open windows & although there was air conditioning I cant use this as have a lung condition. It was very noisy. There is a pub round the corner and the yelling and loud chatter is annoying.

Helt perfekt
Pros:

Ligger i hjertet af Stavanger men stadig væk fra fest og støj. Helt perfekt størrelse til 2. Og skønt med Netflix i fjernsynet. Mega gode senge.

Great Place great position!!
Pros:

The apartment is clean and spacious. The location is very central, close to everything in the heart of the historic city.

Despite everything, it's quiet at night, with occasional noise from people or seagulls. There's no reception; I used the UpKey app with the codes they send you, then you have the keys in your room.

You should still be able to enter by entering the code manually (I haven't tried). The outside door can also be opened with the cards you find in the room.

Be careful, because I got confused and went to Nygata 16 on the next street. Nygata 1 is the green house with the entrance next to Fjall Raven with the red sign.

I did a really excellent laundry with the dryer.

Cons:

I didn't understand how to use the TV. There are two TVs and three remotes, but it didn't give any signal. I still watched the Champions League final in the pub, maybe it was better that way...

There were some cutlery in the dishwasher.

I couldn't find an uncovered toilet, nor a bidet or spray nozzle.

Pros:

Super leilighet som ligger veldig sentralt i Stavanger sentrum. Rent og fint, alle fasiliteter, raskt svar fra utleier på epost og telefon ved henvendelser. Kommer gjerne igjen ved en annen anledning.

Wohnung im Herzen von Stavanger - mit einzelnen lösbaren Problemen
Pros:

Top Lage, Nähe zu Bahnhof, Taxis, Bus, Restaurants, Bäckereien, Ölmuseum, etc.

Grosser Fernseher + praktische Waschmaschine.

Gemütliche Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit Sicht auf die lebhaften Strassen und Geschäfte.

Ruhig trotz der aussergewöhnlich guten Lage.

Cons:

Eine saubere Abdunklung des Schlafzimmers war mittels vorhandenem Equipment nicht möglich. Dadurch litt die Schlafqualität im Mai augrund der langen Tage.

Der Abzug verursachte Lärm und liess sich nur durch Entfernung der Stromquelle ausschalten.
Dies führte zu Hitze und stickiger Luft in der gesamten Wohnung.

Sentralt og praktisk. Stort rom med minikjøkken er et pluss.
