Die Lage des Hotels, die Freundlichkeit des Personals

Cons:

Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte nach 3 Nächten nicht. Es wurden lediglich Handtücher getauscht. Eine laut Hotelwebseite und auf sämtlichen Buchungsportalen angegebene Klimaanlage im Zimmer gab es nicht. Bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur war die Luft im Zimmer und das Schlafen unerträglich. In diesem Fall hätten wir dieses Hotel niemals gebucht. Das ist ziemlich unlauteres Verhalten, um es nett auszudrücken und minderte die Urlaubsqualität gewaltig.

Excellent location but not the best choice when it is hot.
Pros:

Excellent location.

Cons:

The aircon was not sufficient. It was loud and did not cool the room. The room was very stuffy and the windows were blocked so there was no air flow. This made sleeping uncomfortable.

Zentrale Lage am Rhein
Pros:

Gute Lage am Rheinradweg. Fahrräder konnten gut in der Tiefgarage geparkt werden. Pragmatisch-praktische Einrichtung und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Frühstück gut und mit Blick auf den Rhein.

Cons:

Leider war die Lüftungsanlage im Zimmer sehr laut, hat aber bei hohen Außentemperaturen nicht gekühlt (also keine Klimatisierung). Lüften ging aber auch nicht, da vor den Innenfenstern noch eine Glasfront ist.
