8.5
Generally reported as very clean and well cared for, though one guest reported mold in the bathroom and a strong odor — overall positive but with isolated cleaning issues.
Service
9.5
Multiple reviews praise extremely helpful, friendly and attentive staff (named receptionist praised, Giuseppe assisting at breakfast) — service repeatedly highlighted as a strong point.
Location
9.5
Consistently described as an excellent central/historic location near the port and attractions; very convenient for sightseeing and walking to sites.
Room Quality
9
Rooms described as modern, spacious and comfortable with quality linens; a few negatives noted (a windowless room and suggestion for better soundproofing for street noise).
Amenities
8.8
Good amenities including a roof terrace and spa/wellness center, but parking is limited and the spa may not be included in the stay for some guests.
Value for Money
8.7
Many guests feel the stay is excellent value ('can't ask for more', 'highly recommend'), but a few felt some room types (e.g., windowless) were overpriced.
Food and Beverage

Breakfast is frequently described as very good or plentiful; occasional service/staffing issues led to items being unavailable at peak times and minor suggestions (e.g., cooling certain foods).
Overall Experience
9
Overall very positive stay: boutique, modern, central hotel with helpful staff and strong breakfast; isolated negatives (parking, occasional cleanliness or room layout issues) do not dominate the experience.

Pros:

Accogliente, moderno, curato, luminoso, dotato di camere spaziose, bagno completo di tutto. Possibilità di parcheggio nelle dirette vicinanze. Ascensore ampio per i piani superiori.

Cons:

Dovendo trovare qualcosa, direi che vista la vitalità dei vicoli sottostanti, installerei serramenti fonoassorbenti.

Pros:

The Location

Cons:

You have to seriously invest into cleaning the facilities. The bathroom had a lot of mold and smelled accordingly. For sure no longer 4 star! Breakfast was ok, although you should cool meat and butter.

Great location, bright, clean and welcoming hotel.
Pros:

The location was great, staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful. The accommodation was very clean. The roof terrace is a great addition.

Cons:

The room didn’t have a view to the street, however this did mean the room was very quiet and which a bonus.

Sicilia in tour per il compleanno
Pros:
