there was a window overlooking the inner patio and in fact there was no dat light but probably IT was only the case with this room

Io e mia moglie ringraziamo con piacere tutto lo staff in particolare Irene, Chiara e Federica della reception, Giuseppe della sala colazioni e Giovanna che ha pulito e riordinato la nostra stanza per la settimana in cui siamo stati Felici ospiti di Palazzo Gatto.

Modern hotel in the heart of Trapani close to everything. Tastefully designed and all the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Good buffet breakfast with everything you could want.

Posizione ottima per visitare Trapani. Tutto il personale estremamente gentile ed amichevole. Pulizia perfetta. Camera ampia e silenziosa. Bagno funzionale.

Tutto perfetto, a parte il tastierino elettronico per entrare in stanza (che peraltro ho dominato dopo 2 gg…)… comunque avevamo anche la chiave classica, che funzionava benissimo…
Me interesaba la ubicación. La habitación era espaciosa. El personal del desayuno muy agradable.
La calidad del desayuno era horrible, los cruasanes industriales, la fruta seca. Muchos días sin aire acondicionado durante el desayuno. Las moquetas dan sensación de suciedad siempre, pero además estas tenían manchas. Los techos llenos de telas de arañas y limpieza muy escasa durante la estancia.
