extra hotel met airco geboekt bij een motorrit met 42 graden. voor verkoeling.
airco in gemeenschappelijke ruimte was uit.
airco op kamer koelde niet.
zwetend na binnen en binnen ipv verkoeling verder zweten. zeer teleurstellend en je moest het er maar mee doen.
Meisje achter de balie heeft nog wel haar best gedaan.
maar zonde het geld en we hebben hier een zeer slechte nacht gehad

An oasis in the case you surprisingly end up in Offenburg (tree on the rail tracks)

Sehr gutes Etappenhotel, mit leichten Sprachdefiziten beim Personal.
Pros:

Gute Lage, gute und relativ geräumige Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption trägt kleine Anstecker, die die jeweilige (Fremd)Sprachenfähigkeit darstellen. Leider konnte eine Person kein ausreichendes Deutsch, weder im Verständnis noch im Ausdruck, obwohl nach dem Anstecker Deutschsprachigkeit zu erwarten war.

Un ottimo per business e famiglie
Pros:

Struttura nuova dotata di tutti i comfort, raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione in 5 minuti. Pulizia ineccepibile. Camere silenziosissime e colazione ricca e di buon livello. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Pros:

Breakfast, size of the room, new facilities, practical solutions in the room. Iron included to the room.

Cons:

There were no towel change/room check by cleaning person - but as two sets of towel provided and it was ok. To consider to upgrade the room with safe.
