Cons:

Im Inventar vermisse ich einen Kaffee-
/Teebecher. Vielleicht im Tausch gegen eine der drei Tassen. Zudem wäre eine Teekanne wünschenswert.
Ich war zu verschiedenen Jahreszeiten im Ipartment. Die Temperatur im Zimmer war mir jeweils zu warm. Insbesondere natürlich bei geschlossenen Fenstern.
Die Waschtischarmatur in der Küche ist immer noch nicht verbrauchsfreundlich. Zudem läßt sie sich nur schwer dosieren.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung des ÖPNV
Gute Matratze.

Cons:

Kühlschrank & Belüftung/Air Condition ziemlich laut.
Keine flachen Kissen zum Schlafen, nur Wulst-Kissen.

Unerträgliche Sommerhitze im Zimmer ohne funktionierende Klimaanlage und ein enttäuschender Kundense

Die Lage und Erreichbarkeit des Hotels waren grundsätzlich in Ordnung, und der Check-in verlief ohne Probleme.

Cons:

Im Hochsommer gab es trotz vorheriger telefonischer Bestätigung des Hotels keine Klimaanlage, sodass das Zimmer wegen extremer Hitze unbewohnbar und an Schlaf nicht zu denken war.

Der Kundenservice zeigte sich nach der Beschwerde uneinsichtig, verweigerte jede Entschädigung und schob die Falschinformation als bloßes Missverständnis ab.

Pros:

Unser Apartment war gut und praktisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Besonders das Bad war sehr schön und sauber. Trotz der Lage an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse war es sehr ruhig. Das Parkhaus ist prima.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Platz und ein zweiter Stuhl wäre schön.
