Pros:

Did not eat breakfast this last visit, but have had it many times, always excellent. Also did not ride the shuttle but usually do, always great service, love the two (2) drivers.

Cons:

Wish it were a little cheaper.

Sistema leva e traz para os hospitais excelente. Pessoas amáveis e cuidadosas.

Cons:

Limpeza! Não tem camareira que arrume os quartos, nem pedindo na recepção. Meu ar condicionado estava quebrado e ninguém foi arrumar, mesmo pedindo na recepção.

Pros:

Very comfortable and clean hotel with great staff, very good breakfast, complimentary laundry services, and complimentary water every day. Have stayed here twice and will always look at this hotel first before any other for future stays in Houston.
