I enjoyed my stay its was overall a positive experience
Pros:

The breakfast was good the staff working in the breakfast area were very friendly and pleasant

Cons:

Until I requested to change my bedding sheets it wasnt changed fot the first 3 days but after it was done every other day.

Pros:

Close to MD Anderson, the shuttle was promt and curious, Breakfast is good, and the dinner menu is good, separate temperature controls for each room, large TV's. We will come back

Cons:

There seems to be a problem with the pool. From what I gathered, it is closed more often than open. The hall carpet on many floors needs a good cleaning, while most of the staff was helpful and curious, a few were lazy and uninterested. It claims to have kitchens in the rooms, but they don't, while it does have plates, cups, bowls, and glasses but not enough utensils

Met all of my needs and would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Great location to the medical center and downtown Houston. We loved the breakfast!

Cons:

The phone in the room doesn’t work, called the front desk from my cell phone twice to ask for a blanket, never received it. I went down to the front desk myself, they were only able to give me a sheet for the sofa bed.
Two out of the three elevators were out of order, we were told it wouldn’t be worked on till tomorrow. We waited 30 minutes for the elevator, we had to go on it one person at a time because it was always full of people.
The breakfast was included in the price, but the food was nothing to brag about.
Overall experience is poor compared to other hotels we have stayed around the medical center.
