Cons:

Nous étions au 12 étage, les couloirs très sales, un peu délabré. Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre, mais le pire c’est que le ménage n’est pas fait car cela n’était pas inclus dans la réservation. Il paraît que cela était indiquée, mais je ne l’ai pas vu. Si on voulait que la chambre soit nettoyée, un surplus devait être payé. Après autant des voyages, première fois que je vois un hôtel dont le nettoyage de la chambre n’est pas inclus.

Great location, excellent staff, very clean and tidy. But tiny.
Pros:

Great location for Nipori Station. Got upgraded for one night while sharing with a mate. Wow. Very impressed with the suite we got. Then, back to a single room and just a comfy box. Staff are wonderful as ever. Great location.

Cons:

It's Tokyo, single rooms are very cosy. A box with a bed and bathroom. Does the job in Tokyo. No frills. That's the extent of my complaint. Location and staff and cleanliness more than compensate.

Their supreme room with view from the 15th floor is amazing.

Cons:

I booked a room for 2 adult and a kid of 11 years and I´ve got a room with a double bed but their double bed is in average smaller then others hotel. So we asked for a bigger room.

위치가 정말 좋아요. 스카이라이너 이용 가능한 니포리역(미나미구치)에서 3분거리!! 4인 가족이 이용할 수 있는 3bed 4bed 룸도 꽤 있어서 가족여행객에게 딱입니다.
조식도 나름 먹을만 했어요~

온도조절이 불가해서 이틀은 추웠고 하루는 더웠어요.
